Great hotel, great food, great rooftop bar. Walk to all the fun places easy. Had fun. Will go again but will stay longer next time. The bar next door has live music and the hotel is across the street from bathhouse row. Tons of fun close by without much noise

"Great rooms with historical charm"

This hotel did such a great job turning a historical building into a nice place to stay! The historic touches mostly stayed in the hallway while the rooms were so nice and comfortable. The beds were very nice, clean, and got made every day. The staff were very friendly and accommodating! My one and only small complaint would be their thermostat kept turning off, and we like our room cold so you could definitely tell when it stopped. Other than that we loved our stay here right on bathhouse row!

"You may not Have a Room Waiting when You Arrive"

The customer service is terrible. We booked a five-night stay over our son's spring break. We had to change our plans to arrive a day later than expected. I called in advance to modify our check-in date. I was told that wasn't possible because we hadn't selected the package that allows for changes. Fine, whatever; we were willing to just eat the cost of the first night. When we arrived -- after driving eight hours -- we were informed that our room had been given to someone else, the hotel was full, and for the cherry on top, the hotel had charged us a room cancelation fee. The employee working was new, and basically told us she didn't know what to do. She was completely unhelpful, but it was irresponsible to leave one new employee on site on a heavy travel day. When I asked to speak to the manager, we were told he or she was away on vacation. Another employee arrived to help us after being called by the first employee, and she told us this kind of thing happens somewhat frequently. Understand that if you book with this hotel, you may not have a room waiting for you when you arrive, and they may not have anyone available to assist you. The experience was infuriating.

"Nice Hotel on the Hot Springs Strip"

My husband and I spent three nights here in February and had a wonderful stay. Our room was lovely—clean with a view of the Arlington Hotel. Each morning, we enjoyed a delicious Southern-style breakfast at The Avenue, using our Hilton credits—highly recommended! The hotel’s location is fantastic, right across from Superior Bathhouse Brewery, making it easy to explore the area. The Brewery is the only National Park that offers beer and fun flights. Unfortunately, we were disappointed that the only rooftop bar in Hot Springs at this Hilton Waters location was closed for the season, but that’s just something to keep in mind for winter travelers. The staff was attentive and provided great recommendations for dinner spots nearby. I had read some reviews mentioning concerns about the bathrooms, but I found ours to be well-equipped with plenty of counter space, lots of towels, and even a robe. The barn-style door is a bit noisy and doesn’t offer much sound privacy, but aside from that, the bathroom was more than sufficient. For parking, we discovered a convenient and secure multilevel garage just a short walk behind the hotel, past Grateful Head Pizza. It offered free parking and was well-monitored with multiple cameras, located above the police station. We also walked over to the Arlington Hotel—its lobby is charming, but the upper floors felt quite dated and spooky, making the choice to stay at Hilton Waters a no brainer.

"Older building redone"

Older office building repurposed to a hotel. Room was more like a European hotel. Small bathroom with a sliding door, so no privacy. Shower has a half glass, and counter space is very limited. Staff was very friendly and attentive, and valet service was good
