The hotel’s staff is absolutely amazing, offering warm and attentive service. From check-in to check-out, the team is friendly, professional, and always ready to accommodate any needs or offer local recommendations. My valet Cristiani was extremely kind and went above and beyond to help with pushing the cart and loading luggage in to my vehicle. Highly recommend!!

Cody was an absolute angel so wonderful and helpful and Natalie at the desk was a delight. This is my second time to stay here, and by far a 5 star stay. I drove 8 hours to get here for a doctors appointment the following day so rest is important love the beds.

We came into town to watch “Peter Pan” at the Keller auditorium for our anniversary. This hotel has such a great location. Parking is not that best. So, I would for sure take advantage of the valet. Plus Kevin and my husband always were joking and he made us smile everytime we came to get our car. The rooftop bar was great for some after show drinks before bed as well. The view is soo pretty!

Lowe and chris at the valet, we're super helpful as I had a ton of luggage and was exhausted from my long ride, everyone from the front desk two housekeeping, what awesome and made my stay everything I had hoped before. The rooms are clean and the pool and hot tub and steam room are a bonus... Definitely. Will be coming back and highly recommend wednesday in portland!
