It’s always a pleasure to return to The London West Hollywood, my home away from home. The luxurious suites, attentive service, and overall ambiance make every stay special. However, this time, our room’s location near the elevator was less than ideal. It was noisy, and sitting on the balcony lacked privacy as people waiting for the elevator could easily see us. Despite these drawbacks, the hotel remains a favorite for its comfort and elegance.

I absolutely love The London! It’s my go to for my resets to luxuriate. The elegantly appointed suites and bathroom is spectacular. The Boxwood has a few signature dishes that are delicious. My favorite feature has to be the balcony and the sweeping and magnificent views of the Hollywood Hills and Downtown Los Angeles! I found myself sitting on the comfortable outdoor furniture day dreaming and getting kissed by the brilliant California sun! I love luxury and The London does not disappoint. Looking forward to my next visit.

Amazing roof top pool with views of LA with plenty of cold water and sunscreen, welcome cocktail since our room wasn’t ready yet, gorgeous lobby, coffee in the room, fluffy towels, food fresh in hotel with nice presentation, great walkable location and lovely bathroom. Love the dog motive!

This once fabulous West Hollywood hotel, is now sadly a faded, scruffy and tired remnant of better days. This is reflected in the deals available to stay here. However, the staff are lovely and the buffet breakfast included in my rate pushed my review from a 3 to a 4.

The pool and rooms are great. Unfortunately, the service is lacking and I was surprised about the degree of snobbery, lack of care and the absence of kindness. I don’t know whether the hotel just didn’t think that me and my friend deserved good service because I did some guests receiving decent treatment, but I left disappointed and sad. Also, while there is a free breakfast, it is sub par. Half the toasters were broken and when I pointed it out to a staff member he snapped at me and told me they weren’t. Funny, because this morning another guest told me that he was confused about the quality of their equipment and food at breakfast. There are a ton of choices in West Hollywood, including the Edition and the Penney. For a more complete experience, I would recommend taking your business there.
