Extra clean room and comfortable bed. Fresh robes awaiting in closet. Felt more like a wealthy friend’s guest bedroom with unique decor than a hotel room. Elevator was small and creaky, but everything else was welcoming. Garage parking is $25/night or there’s plenty of free overnight street parking in adjacent neighborhood. Very safe area. Great location and great find!

The Kinney Venice is the best place I have stayed in LA area! It was super clean, parking was so easy, and it was quiet. Good Location. Great Staff. I will be recommending The Kinney to my company's travel department since we have business in the Venice area, and I will definitely be staying on this property again!

Hotel looks cool from the pictures. In reality, this is a scruffy motel with damp carpets, staff who couldn't care less, lamps that don't work and on a very busy road. Also not a great location - head closer to Abbot Kenney Blvd to be near the action

The Kinney is a clean hotel in a nice location. I loved being able to rent a bike from the Hotel and ride down to Vince Beach and Marina Del Ray. The staff were very friendly and helpful. The only drawback for me was the road noise. Fire trucks, Ambulances, and other road noise kept waking me up through the night. So I didn’t rest well. I don’t live in an area where those sounds are normal so it was a distraction to the enjoyment of my stay.
