"Lovely stay even though..."

Classic quality hotel and staff. Nobody is perfect all of the time. Valet let us down as did arranged Lyft rides. I would advise skipping Lyft rides altogether and walking instead. You will end up walking anyway. Came across many homeless walking back at night. All who weren't under the influence were nonthreatning and friendly.

We went to the Crawfor as part of our wedding weekend and were amazed by the quality of the service. I typically don't write reviews (<5 in my life) because I think they are annoying to write and most hotels are bascially the same experience but I had to leave this comment so other people were aware of how great this place is. We have traveled all over Europe and this felt like a very high end hotel you might find there with regards to style, cleanliness and service. The staff was engaged and thoughtful. They pay attention to the details of staying in a hotel with chocolates and drinks, towels etc... We were able to ride the light rail from the airport, stay in the hotel, then take the ski train to Winter Park. It was very easy and I highly recommend anyone coming from out of town to do the same. The hotel and room are upscale and classy but the cost was very reasonable. We traveled to a series of luxury hotels as part of our honeymoon after staying at the Crawford and this was legitmately the best hotel experience we had. I will go out of my way to stay here next time I am in Denver

"Downtown Denver's Best"

As a Denverite, I've seen externally the transformation The Crawford and Union Station have gone through. Let me just say, you need to stay at The Crawford to truly appreciate these renovations. They have done an incredible job! Our room was a perfect blend of Colorado Art Deco (maybe something I made up, but that's what I'm sticking with) while also honoring the history of the building. To wit, our bathroom featured some of the original wood that formerly made up the building's attic. Having stayed at most of the city's luxury hotels, I can also confidently share that The Crawford's staff are some of the best. I randomly met with a Director - Jen. I don't remember her role but she couldn't have been nicer. The rest of the staff I interacted with were equally pleasant and professional.

It brought me so much joy to see what they did with the renovation. I stayed years ago and love it then and love it even more now! the service Gracie, Grace, Auberry and Blake provided was exceptional and the rooms were spotless. The train station was equally beautiful and lively with lots of restaurants and security to guide people in the right direction. Then you enter a private lobby to check in where they offered us bourbon and bubbles while there was live music- it was truly a dream. Thank you for a memorable Valentines weekend!
