"Beautiful vibe and fun perks!"

Fantastic hotel! We were in town for a wedding and this was a perfect spot for us. We took the train from the airport which was super easy and drops you off right at the hotel. Union Terminal Station is beautiful and has lots of food and drink options right outside the hotel door. The room was beautifully decorated and checking in/out was super easy. Staff was friendly and helpful and the perks were so fun. Drinks offered when you walk in the door, free coffee at a coffee shop nearby, free daily ice cream at a super yummy little ice cream spot. They will also call you a Lyft to take you to and from places within two miles. A family member took advantage of that and said it was super easy and saved some money or walking. Even the waters and La Colombe coffee in the room plus all the toiletry amenities felt top notch. If we come back to Denver will definitely check this spot out again!

"Perfection!"

Perfection! We were unable to get to our designated destination due to an early snow storm. Staying at The Crawford Hotel enabled us to use the train to and from the Denver Airport effortlessly. The check in process was easy and the reception desk representatives were very friendly for our check-in and out process. There were refreshing drinks available and a lovely live performance for our enjoyment. The room - absolutely everything we could have hoped for. We will definitely be back to stay longer than a night. Fabulous dining and shopping nearby.

Charming art deco hotel in the heart of Denver located in the Denver Union Station. Charming decor and tastefully decorated. Easy connection to the Denver Airport via a train at the station. Plenty of dining options in and around the building. Very helpful and friendly staff

"Opportunity for Improvement"

This review is regarding the manager by the name of Blake. I had made a reservation that I had to cancel last minute do to a family emergency. Rather than completely canceling, I rescheduled my trip for the following week. Even under these circumstances, Blake and the Crawford hotel still charged me for my reservation. His customer service was short and unempathetic. Even though I explained that I rescheduled rather than cancelled, he said it would be hard pressed that anyone in the building would give me a refund or any type of credit to utilize on my stay there. I can honestly say that Blake's customer service was subpar and it did not make me feel welcome at the Crawford. There many hotels in the area with presumably better service. Blake may need additional training and I hope the Crawford provides it for him to put him in a better position to listen to clients and provide better service.

"Cozy and Warm Boutique Hotel in Great Location"

Beautiful design, luxurious furnishings, and really warm staff. The Crawford Hotel recently reopened, and there were some elements that felt like they were still being worked out. But overall, it was a really great experience and I would recommend staying here.
