Came here for location and ratings to Universal Studios with family of 4 (2 kids 7m/10m). Check in staff was friendly and although a bit pricey, little market was well stocked for both adults and kids to not have to leave. Pool was a little too cold to swim in but we showed up late and had an early morning ahead of us. Ordered some drinks with G at the bar after we checked in and he did not disappoint. Matter fact, he left a dad on vacation wanting more lol. Once kids were asleep and wife was catching up on work, made my way down for a night capper. G is down to earth and chill and made me feel like I was back home at my local pub. Will definitely be back.

Awesome service and great hospitality! We stayed here for my birthday and the bar tender cool and gave us a free drink. The room was clean and in great walking distance to Universal Studios. I would definitely book this hotel again. In the future.

Hotel is very close to universal studios and the metro but has lots of light and feels safe. The staff are friendly and helpful. Nancy at the front desk was warm and welcoming, she was a friendly face after a long travel day! She went above and beyond and made sure we had everything we needed. Would stay here again!

We are visiting for my friend’s birthday and stayed at this hotel to go to Universal for the weekend. We stopped by the bar Saturday night for a nightcap and had our first encounter with G. G is gentleman and a scholar. From the second my friend and I arrived at the bar, he was attentive and kind and made our night the best night ever! A smile never left his face and he sure does brighten up the place. I’m coming back just for G, he hit the spot!
