The Broadway Theatre, which has hosted long-running shows such as Evita, Miss Saigon, South Pacific, and Fiddler on the Roof, is just an eight-minute walk away.

The hotel features a 24-hour fitness center, a shared lounge, an outdoor terrace with city-center views, and an on-site restaurant overlooking Times Square. Some rooms and suites provide spectacular views of the New Year's Eve Ball Drop and the vibrant Times Square.

Guest rooms and suites are well-equipped with HDTV, a mini-refrigerator, on-demand movies, a work desk, a hairdryer, an in-room safe, and Apotheke bath amenities. Suites even offer a living room for added space and comfort.

Minimum age to check-in: The reservation holder must be at least 21 years old to check in with a matching, valid, government-issued photo ID and credit card.

Parking: Valet parking is available for USD 95 per day. Self-parking is not available. The EV charging station is nearby, around 0.2 miles from the property.

I recently stayed at a hotel in Times Square, and it was a pretty good experience! The location couldn’t be better for exploring the city. The staff were friendly, the room clean and comfortable, but it lacked a bit of charm. Some amenities were slightly dated, which was a letdown considering the price. Overall, I’d say it’s a solid choice if you’re looking to be in the heart of NYC and don’t mind some minor flaws.

The entry from the street was nice. The lobby is on the 11th floor and elevators were quick and never packed. We stayed on the 35th floor with a good view of the city. Lighting was nice, temp control easy, and bathroom was clean. Not a huge room but I figure typical of New York. Would stay again.

Spectacular hotel in the perfect location! The technology in this hotel is top-tier, Single button press for all lights on, all lights off, and to operate the drapes was life-changing. This hotel is Very new and very clean, I love the wood like floors, the updated bathroom with large walk in showers. And apotheke bathroom amenities! The gym was excellent as well, very spacious, and had complete weight racks, kettle bells, rowing machine, elliptical, treadmill, and peloton. We ate at the restaurant for a few meals and the food was wonderful. We were able to walk to have dinner and see Harry Potter, Being on Times Square was such a great choice. For easy transportation to LGA airport, we took the Uber shuttle from Port Authority station which costs $18 a person and is also walkable from the hotel The Minor points that I had for improvement are the lack of glassware or water bottles provided in the hotel room, although they do have filling stations on every other floor. We had to drink our wine out of plastic cups which was not the end of the world. Additionally, the hotel does not provide bathrobes or slippers. The cleaning service was excellent, kind, and came daily. I would absolutely choose to stay here the next time we come back.

First of all let’s talk about the excellent location. Times Square, the subway station for the yellow line central trains, CVS, Target and lots of places to shop and drink right on the doorstep. We also enjoyed easy walks to fifth avenue, Central Park, Hudson Yards and the Rockafella was just around the corner too. Can’t tell you how nice it was to be somewhere so convenient. We arrived to a warm welcome and a few hours before check-in but using the HH app we indicated we would be up for paying for an upgrade and because of that I believe a room was available sooner for us. Yes the $600 holding charge for the security deposit for 3 nights does sting a bit however on seeing how pristine, modern and high furnished the room was we can understand why this is taken. The ‘urban destination charge’ is a bit of a joke and you can’t really say it’s justified and hits more like a profit tax. The room was modestly sized but standard for New York and plenty room for the two of us. The bed was very comfortable and the bathroom was a good size. There’s a small fridge in the room, hairdryer, steamer, safe, coffee making facilities and a wide screen HD TV where allowed you to sign in to your own Netflix account. I loved the modern features of the room with both USB & USB/C charges on both sides of the bed, electric roll down black out and sheer drapes and a blue tooth enabled speaker mirror in the bathroom with a sensor night light. Our room was cleaned every day during our visit and to a good standard. Checkout was less than smooth with a 20 minute wait. Two gentlemen were just stood there cleaning and said they were unable to help anyone and another member of the reception team was gone for the 20 mins to check if a room was ready for some guests checking in. As soon as she came back the gentleman who said he was previously unable to help checked us out and apologised for the wait blaming an ‘IT issue’. Check out was noon but for a tip they looked after our luggage for the day so we could enjoy our afternoon hassle free. With only a few niggles our overall stay was fantastic and we would definitely stay again.

Husbands 40th birthday gift so saved up to bring him on a suprise. My booking says check in is 2pm but I've been told I can't get into my room until 4pm and have to sit in reception until a room is ready. Or I can pay an extra $20 per night to upgrade. Also a resort fee which is another $120. Must check in using a credit card which I don't have. Very poor start, hope things improve from here.
