"Dirty and Rude"

We have stayed here for years but will not be back. The hotel has gone seriously downhill. Our "Suite" on the fourth floor was filthy. The rug was so dirty that we kept our socks on. The toilet paper holder was not on the wall, but on the floor. The front desk clerk did not return my driver's license and when I called the next day, they said they would not return it to me until I sent a prepaid envelope for its return. The manager was very rude "we are not the Post Office". I love Wyndham but this property needs work.

"Great, but needs a full size mirror in rooms."

Nice and clean hotel. bagel, juice and coffee (coffee available 24/7) for breakfast. Only complaint: Rooms need a full size mirror not just the bathroom mirror. Convenient location and would stay again. Lots of shopping, restaurants and easy access to highways and NJ Turnpike.

"Overall dissatisfied"

The rooms are very nice. The service is ok. I booked a room online and requested for a crib, and when we got to our room there was no crib. The halls and elevator smells of weed. This is not a bed and breakfast. They had bagels and cream cheese that ran out as soon as breakfast started. There was no hot water in the morning when breakfast started.

Now that the middle grade hotel chains are charging upwards of 275.00 for weekend rooms, it's time to call them to closer account. A recent trip took to me to three of them: this one, the Best Wester in Hazlet, NJ, and the Holiday Inn in Hauppage, NY, I'm posting reviews of all three. I've been a guest here on a yearly basis for a number of years. I've seen aspects of it get better and worse over time, but it remains a couple of things the others will never have. It's quiet, the rooms are very spacious with arm chairs, clean and comfortable. And it's realistically priced. I had to pay 250 - 275 for the other two, but this one's weekend night rate is about 115.00. This time, my only complaint is the quirky internet access, but that's been excellent in the past and probably will be in the future. The free breakfast until 9AM might run out of selections before then, but that's too bad. Hotel is in the same parking lot complex as an excellent MIller Ale House, so if you want have some ale with dinner the drive back is easy and safe. A Super Eight beating out a BW and HI for half the price? This one does by a long shot. I always enjoy a stay here.

"Decent value for the money, but poor breakfast and intenet"

The hotel is s decent value for the money and is centrally located to shopping and attractions. However, there was very poor internet connectivity and I needed to use my phone as a hotspot to get by. Also, the complimentary breakfast was lacking, only bagels and coffee.
