From accommodations to amenities to services, Summer Bay Resort has it all! The resort features a 64-acre lake with watersports, fishing, boating, and sandcastle fun. A children's waterpark, 18-hole adventure golf, bocci ball, basketball court, tennis courts, shuffleboard, and horseshoes are also on site. Planned activities for children, teens, and adults are available 7 days a week. Take advantage of the game room, fitness room, tiki bar, business center, and on-site ticket sales.

Each condo unit in Summer Bay Orlando comes with a full kitchen with a dining area, microwave, refrigerator, stove top, sink, dishwasher and more. A washer/dryer combo is also available as well as a living area.

Please note that Summer Bay Orlando by Exploria Resorts is a cashless environment. Credit card holders will be provided an Amenities Charge Card at check-in for use around the resort at food & beverage outlets and other for other on-site experiences.

The resort requires a major credit card to check in. Guest are provided the option to make a cash deposit on the account at the time of check-in and throughout the stay to further establish a guest charge account.

Fees: A Resort Fee of $30 plus tax per night, per room is due upon check in. Additionally, the resort requires a credit card at check-in for a $250 refundable deposit.

Very nice resort. A lot to do and keep the kids busy. I feel washer and dryer could be upgraded. My husband had to reset breaker constantly for the dryer. Also our jets didn’t work and we called to get fix, had something to do outlet on other side of wall. The shower was somewhat dangerous getting in and out. Should have a better access to get in and out of tub. Our building didn’t have an elevator to take our stuff up to our room going up and down with luggage and groceries was a lot. I would definitely stay again at this but look at room more and make sure accommodations work for me.

Long lines at check in, unit was old and out dated and right next to remodel construction with dust and noise. Golf holes filled with dirty water. Didn't get enough sleep due to construction noise but then they refused any extended check out, not even one extra hour. Worst trip ever.
