The hotel is 8 months old months old so all is new and clean The front desk manager Tyler was extremely helpful right from the beginning got me a room early and then changed my room to a higher floor ….wow …. It was perfect Vicki also at the front desk went over and beyond to assist me. I cooked hamburgers on their outside grill and my wife could not find the ketchup ….well my kids were freaking …Vicki saved the day with a bottle for us….not only that ….Tyler helped get the gas grill going and Vicki was there for a very special travel request that was over and beyond!!! The house keeper was helpful…. Alberto in maintenance helped me out in the laundry room, which is free. This place is absolutely the best mark this hotel down as a place to stay!!!! Room with spacious bedding, excellent shower bathroom excellent kitchen couldn’t be beat. This is definitely top of the list!

We stayed two nights while visiting legoland. The room was very nice. It was a king room with pullout bed and kitchenette. It was great to have a full fridge and freezer. The bathroom set-up was trying to be "fancy" with a glass walled shower that has no door. This was pointless and water sprayed all over the wall and floor even with the showerhead pointing as far down and away as possible. The bathroom has no fan, so everything was wet (counter, shelves, walls, etc) with the humid air after taking a 5 minute shower. The front desk staff was mixed. They tried to avoid giving us the quoted rate, but I argued and got the right rate. Later, staff was very nice in getting me an extra blanket. The location felt unsafe. This is NOT a nice part of town, so while the hotel is brand new, it is not a nice area. Most of the property had a 6 foot fence around it to try and keep out people who shouldn't be there. I would not recommend this hotel.

After staying here for 3 weeks, my only knock off of one star is because my fridge had water periodically leaking inside it, the shower pressure sometimes weakened a lot if multiple people used it at the same time, and the shower head would continue to drip water onto the metal drain cover for over an hour creating a noise. All of the staff were friendly and easy to talk to. Darian, Angie, and Anita in the kitchen were especially wonderful and very welcoming. Overall, I really enjoyed my stay here and would come back. The location is wonderful right by downtown and you can see the Saturday market from your window if you face south.

Excellent location, rooms are an amazing. Only issues water pressure and the toilet seat would not stay up. Hotel has complimentary laundry, and the rooms have full kitchen with everything you need stove pots flatware and cutlery. Full breakfast and good coffee
