"Best in Class"

Stopped here with my wife for the night after spending a long day on the interstates. As retirees on a fixed income, we look for best value and we found it here. We were impressed with all things that matter to us: quiet ambience, clean bathroom, comfortable bed with a choice of pillow firmness, powerful HVAC, lots of room to spread out/relax, and hot breakfast options. Although this hotel’s rooms are great for singles and empty nesters like us, they also represent great value for a couple with 1-2 children, given the large sitting area w/sleeper sofa. This was our first stay at a Springhill Suites but it surely won’t be our last. Bravo team!

"Worst Hotel Experience I have had"

This was the worst hotel experience I have had. Nothing was clean. Walking in the room looks nice at first glance, but there are many things wrong. The corners in the shower are not clean, the area around the thermostat is not clean, and looks to be presenting signs of mold. The toilet was not clean and the seat does not even stay up right. The elevators smelled terrible and had spots of discoloration on the ground. However, by far, the worst was waking up the following morning to see one of the pillows in our bed had a blood stain on it. It was underneath the pillowcase, therefore hard to see originally. After removing the pillowcase, it was clear it was a dried blood stain. The front desk agents are the only pleasantries of this entire visit, being understanding and calm when I was clearly upset. Quite frankly, it is a joke we had to spend money to stay here. I will not recommend staying here under any circumstances to anyone I know.

"Beware of hotel overbooking"

The only bad experience I’ve had at a Marriott property. We arrived at 11:30 at night after a 5 hour drive ready to sleep. Surprise the hotel was overbooked and we had to be relocated 20 minutes away. After waiting at least 20 min for them to locate a hotel. This also forced us to be separated from the rest of our party. In return, I asked for a $150 cancellation fee for another room to be refunded and they flat out refused. Clearly the hotel was still sold out those nights.

"Poor to Average at best"

Look elsewhere. Hard to believe this is a Marriott property. Carpet in hallways was filthy and ripping apart. TV in all rooms is located half way between the sitting area and the sleeping area. Better have a good chiropractor on speed dial after staying here. Exhaust fan in bathroom didn't work. Bedspread was stained. Very noisy. Better options when staying in Louisville for business.

"Good Stay"

We stayed at this location for one night while on a bus tour. Our room was huge! We had a king suite - a very nice sitting area, separate vanity sink area from the bathroom and a decent area for coffee with a mini refridgerator. Our bed was comfortable and everything very clean. The morning breakfast was very good as well Very good place to stay.
