"Downtown Gem"

What makes this a little gem in downtown Atlanta is its staff. Outstanding front desk! A shout out to Maya at the front desk for outstanding customer service. The sparkle of this gem has to be its valet team. Professional, fast, efficient, courteous, and extraordinarily helpful. As a woman traveling alone, I was both surprised and pleased valet would escort me to my vehicle, open the door for me and helped me with the millions of things constantly in my arms every morning. Everyone at this hotel greeted me by my name for the entire 10 days day! Rooms were very clean and comfortable. Where I feel they need a bit more focus on is housekeeping. Nightstand drawers were filled with plastic forks and ketchup packets. When I opened the mini fridge in my room, there was spilled milk or cream that seemed to be there for some time and by then, of course made the refrigerator smell. I had arrived late at night so instead of waiting for the next day for housekeeping, I just washed the glass shelf of the fridge myself to keep it from smelling worse. Don’t let these complaints deter you though, I would absolutely stay there again and these housekeeping items could be tweaked quickly. Kudos to the entire staff, you should be proud of yourselves for making your guests feel so welcome!

"Came for great location; will return b/c of the areat service"

My husband, daughter and I traveled to Atlanta for the National Championship game. I booked this hotel b/c of the proximity to MB stadium. The location is also great if you're coming for the aquarium & World of Coca-Cola. Everything is walkable. I will come again to Spring Hill Suites Allanta Downtown because of the staff. We returned late after the game and Nece was working at the bar. It's a small bar and she was ready to close up. Returning fans kept coming and coming. Nece kept hustling. She smiled and was pleasant despite it being 1:30AM when we left. Kudos also to the valets. It was bitter cold and they were as pleasant as could be. Thank you Jada, Ruby, Courtney and Kevin K. We really enjoyed our stay and will happily return.

Awful. Just look at the photos. Broken fixtures, dirty linens, dirty walls, dirty floors, ripped towel, peeling headboard. I thought the name Marriott would at a minimum mean clean and comfortable, but it was neither. So many hotels in the area, stay anywhere else.

I had a great experience at the hotel speaking with ruby and zamyah made my stay feel so comfortable. Great rooms ! This is amazing location and the views are awesome .I'd stay here 1 million times more if I had to !!!!! Thank you so much guys ......
