"Comfy Downtown Denver"

Friendly Staff and comfy room. Great downtown location with easy walk to Union Station and good dining options. Used this hotel as my base camp for a 3 days running up/down to Winter Park on the Winter Park Express Train. Better value than staying up at the resort.

The hotel was clean, great location and the staff was great. Best of all was the general manager, Patty. She went above and beyond after the fact when we thought we had left something behind. She even called me to follow up. Will stay here again!

Everything was great, from check in to check out. Nice buffet breakfast. Front desk staff was always helpful. Room was clean and tidy. Suite had lots of room. Great location, it's close to so much. I would definitely recommend this location to others.

We enjoyed every aspect of this hotel. If you have an event at Ball Arena, it’s a short, easy walk. The property was extremely clean - the rooms and the common areas all sparkled. The staff was excellent - we had a bulb burned out and mentioned it to the front desk - boom! Someone was in our room to fix it immediately - that’s just one example. The breakfast is pretty expansive. The size of the hotel is perfect - big enough for good amenities (including on-site restaurant) but not so big that you get lost in the shuffle. We highly recommend Springhill Suites in Denver.

"Great Hotel"

I travel on a bi-weekly basis and always stay with Marriott hotels. This was one of the best I've ever stayed at. Great price, good gym, great service. Jack at the front desk was super helpful, kind, and attentive. Will definitely come again next time I'm in Denver.
