The General Manager (Taryn) was very professional. I enjoyed every interaction I had. Every single person in every single shift of valet parking were quick and friendly. From just needing something from the vehicle to keeping the vehicle running (at request, ofc) to keep the heater going, every one of our encounters was enjoyable. I'll def be a "repeat offender" to this hotel! Loved it!!!

We not only thoroughly enjoyed our stay here (great room, quiet atmosphere, close to everything we wanted to do and see) but the staff were absolutely fantastic! Our daughter accidentally dropped a one of a kind painting into the elevator shaft while exiting the elevator and the staff worked with us to retrieve it (unharmed!) very quickly and were so kind about it all. We are so pleased with our overall experience and so grateful to the staff for their time and attention!

Very convenient location, close to restaurants and the venue where the conference was. Breakfast was not your average hotel continental. It set the tone for a great day. I roomed with a colleague in a 2 bedroom queen and it was very comfortable.

Everyone was extremely helpful and enjoyable quick trip for the avalanche game it’s literally like a 5 minute walk to ball definitely worth it if I am going back to ball arena definitely staying here again bed we’re extremely comfortable thanks again

The room was nice, and parking was easy as it was all valet. Very close to Ball arena which makes it a great location for games. We were very disappointed in the food as it is run by the university and closes at 10pm and Breakfast was so mediocre we left and paid for our food elsewhere. if you want to go out after a game, stay someplace else.
