"Just Average"

Room was average, front door damaged on the bottom scraping against the floor had to force it closed. The hotel itself was mediocre, staff was nice. The water park is overpriced and doesn’t provide a provision for parents with their children: meaning if you are there just to supervise your children as and parent would you have to pay. That doesn’t make sense and is quite unreasonable. It’s a cheap hotel with minimal amenities, basic and simple. Lastly the parking, 25$ a day yeah I’ll just leave that there.

"In desperate need of refurbishing"

We came for a weekend stay and this hotel is in desperate need of refurbishing. Our first room on the 10th floor smelled so bad of cigarettes. Staff was very helpful and understanding and immediately switched our room to the 16th floor. Although this room does not smell AS BAD, it is actually worse! The interior looks like a bad 70s movie, the mattress is probably as old as I am, NO MATTRESS COVER- only a flat sheet. The furniture is scratched, broken, worn, and unkempt. The floor lamp is FILTHY. The ceiling is patched in a few areas. The tv is also from the early 2000’s. If you’ve ever been to Disneyworld and went on the Haunted Mansion, this room looks like it is a prop from that ride. We may be leaving and going to another hotel.

"A Ruined birthday trip"

Do not stay here everything is false advertisement ! Checked in with Larry terrible customer service skills down to the unpleasant check-in. He was dismissive and did not know nothing about anything in the hotel, made me feel like I was bothering him when I asked for towels or directions. Wi-Fi sucked !!!no housekeeping service offered pillows had stains on them. The bathtub felt like you were stepping on a water bed. They did not seal around the tub so The water kept seeking out from the top as you stepped in the tub doesn’t look like it was installed properly. The thermostat did not work, and there was no food options available in the hotel during my stay. What was supposed to be a pleasant birthday turned into a migraine every day of my stay. The lease we could’ve gotten was a friendly warm, welcome, and a happy birthday. In addition to they’re being no view, the room had an odor ! smelled like smoke and it’s supposed to be a non-smoking hotel.

Weekend stay in a suit room 2410 wet floor the fix was to put towels over it refrigerator error not cold no maintenance around room not kept up falling apart sent emails and no response can't see how this was 400 per night don't need a casino to be a decent hotel

This hotel is not worth any money, if I'm being honest. We booked it to enjoy the waterpark, however, it's best to visit the attraction and stay somewhere else. The waterpark isn't discounted for guests anyway. Rooms are not as pictured. Very outdated. Service was terrible. Everything was old & unclean. The hotel smelled like marijuana and sweat. We had to request a room change, then we had to complain for our room to get clean after 2 days of no housekeeping. The spa changes their hours everyday at their convenience so getting a day pass was unsuccessful. There was only one pool in the VIP Paradise Island of the waterpark, so it's not as advertised and gets boring. My boyfriend and I ended up on the kids side to have fun. The front desk clerks and housekeeping staff are not hospitable at all!! The hotel has a ton of arcade games, not much casino or restaurant options. A lot of the amenities, restaurants, and cafes advertised are permanently closed.
