Very impressed with the Sheraton Universal. Most flights from Australia land in to LA at around 6am, which after a long flight you just want a hot shower. On arrival at the hotel at 9am, they were extremely accommodating granting us the approval to check into the terrace rooms which was a minor downgrade, but turned out to be exceptional as we had fresh air every day! The convenience to Universal City was phenomenal, we did both the bus and the walk - never took too long at all and the staff at the front were absolutely amazing. There was one particular guy who just never seemed to stop, offering to carry luggage, moving vehicles, assisting the elderly. He knows who he is, I stopped to offer my compliments! Would definitely stay again when visiting Universal. I'm not the biggest fan of LA, but a stay at Sheraton feels like you are in Paradise, and you can't miss that opportunity! Highly recommend!!!

First I want to say Jerry at the front desk was fantastic! He set the standard. Just very Friendly, professional and just overall gave a great check-in experience. The suite we had was 10/10 . Clean, and spacious. After a long day at Universal it was nice to come to that room. I requested extra towels and blankets and they arrived shortly after. They have a shuttle for Universal. We didn't use it but very convenient. I would stay again:)

by far the friendliest staff i’ve ever been taken care of by. from the valet making sure my bags got to the room while i went out pre check in, to Jerry at the front desk being a lovely human, to sylvia making sure my sheets were beautifully tucked to the young lady at Starbucks making sure the coffee was right. not to mention it’s the most amazing location! and the hotel is a 5 minute walk to universal studios!!! Breakfast/Dinner at the Club Lounge was beyond delicious .the most friendliest staff I have ever ran in too! Jose, Linda ,Maria & Helen Albino were on top of everything . Thank You all For giving us such great experience!

I’ve got to start out with Jerry at check in. He was so friendly, funny, genuine, engaging, knowledgeable, and professional. He answered all of our questions before we could even ask them. He recommended a local pizza place as well as their in house pizza. We opted for pizza through room service and it did not disappoint! Everyone on property was very nice and always greeted us with a smile. The bed was so comfortable and I loved the fluffy pillows. We only stayed one night to visit universal studios but it was such an amazing stay. We really appreciate that we could leave our car until 6pm even after check out so we could go to the park. On the way out, I couldn’t get the parking garage gate open (user error) and Jerry was ready to help, running out to help us!!! We will definitely return to stay at the Sheraton Universal Hotel when we visit the park again. Wonderful stay and wonderful staff. Jerry, you made our stay a great one. Thank you, from Jacob & Emily

This is a great hotel with proximity to Universal Studios Hollywood. This hotel also provides a courtesy shuttle to the theme park. The concierge and attendants within the concierge lounge are super friendly and helpful. Each morning Maria and Linda were gracious and patient in helping our kids with their breakfast. Each night Helen engaged our kids in conversation and was very interested in how their day was at Universal Studios.
