We had a nice stay at the Sheraton Universal. Had great food in the restaurant and club lounge. Nice size gym. Nice size rooms. Close proximity to the park and free shuttle service from the hotel doors. We had a problem with our toilet upon arrival which lead to a very late check in BUT the manager Michael handled it very professionally and we are very happy it was resolved. We will definitely tell friends and family to stay at Sheraton Universal

Location is absolutely perfect. Shuttles and shuttle drivers were courteous, knowledgeable and helpful. The property is clean and staff eager to assist when required. We had a great stay. Our girls loved the pool area and found it quite fun. I would recommend this property as a perfect spot to take in Universal Studios and we found it very easy to get into Beverley Hills and surrounding areas for our trip.

The place and location were amazing, and the staff was over the top spectacular. We went for a birthday, and one of the bell staff, Angel, took some extra time to talk and care for us, plus sent an amazing birthday surprise! We plan to come back as soon as we can!

Stayed there 3 nights for Universal Studio Hollywood trip. The shuttle runs every 15 min. We had a shuttle broke down and decided to walk. It's actually really easy walk from the hotel. The up hills might be challenging for someone with mobility issues. The lounge is ok. Food is the same for most of the nights. The Hotel definitely needs some work or refreshing to do. First it's the smell. Once entering the hotel, we smelt the old building smell, probably from the carpet. We had to run the AC fan in our room constantly trying to get rid of the smell. One hand rial in the elevator was broken, surprisingly no one even tried to fix it while we were there. It's so obvious. We probably will try somewhere else next time.

Wonderful location and accessibility. Shuttle to park every 10 min but it was a 10 minute walk so either way it’s a win win for park access. Spacious room, great view, and amenities. Plenty of towels in room and linens were like being in a bed made of clouds.
