I've stayed at this property two or three times a year over the past decade, and while I've tried other Marriott properties in the area, this is the one I keep coming back to. The rooms are updated and the beds comfortable, self parking is easy and it's close to my office. For Marriott members with status. there is access to the club -- which provides a full breakfast and light snacks in the evening. Shout out to Linda and Maria for always making me -- and every member -- feel welcome and valuable. It makes all the difference.

The location of the hotel is great. The room was very spacious and well equipped with all essentials and fantastic view. Great value for money stay near Unniversal Studio Friendly and personal service. The staff were all very friendly and helpful and no request for assistance was a problem for them.

I cannot put enough good words together for the fantastic staff of an Old Hollywood treat that is still thriving in Universal City 😍 From the housekeeping to Daniel In The Mix of it all, or (Most-of-a's) professional valet to the flawless front desk everyone made me feel like a superstar myself. If you rely on the concierge a guy like Dai will give you the skinny or the scoop of Hollywood you seek. The whole team is seemless, or is it spelled seamless? Either way it was and absolute Dream Achieved to be so kindly supported when I've been so used to being of service myself. I actually feel now like I underpaid. I literally had a one of a kind great time during a period of my life that has been painfully transformative. Kindness can be a revolutionary act. That was such an amazing stay. The hotel room was really nice, with such a gorgeous view and such a lavish bathroom. In terms of the overall hotel, the amenities were amazing, specifically the starbucks in the lobby. I came to a conference with my family, so afterwards I was tired and wanted to relax. I often spent time in the lobby doing work or reading, and the atmosphere was very pleasant. Coshia was incredible throughout the whole planning of the trip.
