Fernando at Concierge went above and beyond! He helped us plan some of our days and really took the stress off of us parents. He gave us no pressure options and left us with them. We decided to go with some and he helped us set it all up. Super convenient! Thank u so much Fernand! Our stay became so much better because of you! We look forward to staying again in the future.

I usually don't enjoy writing reviews, but I am glad to be able to write a review about my positive experience at Sheraton Universal at the end of February/beginning of March. My family's stay was "excellent" due to the concierge Daisaku Vondran, who went out of his way to ensure that our needs were met and our questions were answered. He was kind, attentive to detail and took the time to patiently support us in exploring options to make the best out of our trip. I will also say that most of the staff I encountered were kind and also helpful. It was nice to be able to be so close to Universal Studios/City Walk which was accessible by shuttle or a short walk. All in all, we enjoyed our stay and enthusiastically give Daisaku Vondran 5 stars for his excellent support!

I had a fantastic stay at the Sheraton Universal while celebrating my son’s birthday at Universal Studios! The staff went above and beyond to make our visit special, with thoughtful touches like a message and a small cake from Daisaku Vondran from The Converge. The service was excellent, the location was perfect for easy park access, and the overall experience made our celebration even more memorable. Highly recommend for anyone visiting Universal Studios!

I wanted to relive the trip my father took me on when I was ten, but with my son this time. I didn't have a large budget for the trip, but I also wanted to make it special and stay in a place that would guarantee a first-class experience. From check-in to check-out, we had a magical experience. The staff treated us like we were royalty and Dai at the concierge desk was so incredibly thoughtful that my son asked, "Dad, do you know him, is he your friend?" Dai anticipated more than we had even imagined to think about and gave us all the best advice of where to go and what to see. The pool was fantastic with plenty of space to play in for kids and adults to relax. The food was fantastic and not your typical over-the-top hotel prices for basic food. The short walk to Universal Studios was well worth any driving in and parking that we could've done to save a small amount of money. When we got back, there's no question where we're staying. My son said that was his favorite hotel of all time. When we checked out, we were sad that Dai wasn't working that day, because we wanted to say goodbye to our new friend. Thank you Dai and staff, you gave my son and me a trip we'll never forget.
