"Our favourite place to stay"

Thank you to the night Security Staffer working on January 2, 2025, for locating my son's phone and returning it to our room. You have no idea how thankful we are and we appreciate your due diligence. Also thank you to the Pool Personnel and Cleaning Staffer who tried to help us, for checking the changing rooms and pool area, for being empathetic, for being pleasant, for not making us feel we were bothering you and for directing us to the Security Staffer. Final thank you to the night Guest Service personnel, I came to the front desk twice, while you were on the phone helping other guests and you were professional and pleasant with a smile. We've been coming to Sheraton Parkway Toronto North, since the 90's for business and pleasure, solo / as a family, for basketball games ... etc. This hotel has always been one of our favourite. Stayed in a King Suite with a pull-out sofa. The suite was beautiful and spacious and clean. Also had an adjoining two queen beds which was also beautiful and spacious and clean. Both of the bathrooms were a good size. Sheraton Parkway Toronto North has always been a good choice for us, so many conveniences ... like location, ample parking, amenities, easy access to shops, restaurants, highways, gas station, Walmart, fast food, fitness centre, pool, hot tubs. Overall just a great vibe and the hotel smells nice as soon as you walk in. During our stay, everything went well in all areas, from check-in, to dining, to room service, to check-out. Overall, our stay was fun and fantastic!

"Mediocre at best"

We chose this hotel as we had a conference here. I stayed here many years ago (2014-5.). This hotel is looking tired and needs an update. Also my room cleanliness was substandard, there were stains on the floor around the toilet which suddenly disappeared after a night. I can’t recommend when there are better choices nearby.

"Front Desk Supervisor needs to be more customer service oriented."

We stayed in Room 892 in the Conference Tower. Mix up with my check-in so I was not allowed to use the lounge on morning of 26 July in spite of my pointing out the error to the Front desk and Supervisor! Otherwise room was acceptable with a spacious bathroom. However there was no grab rail in the shower which was surprising that building approvals were obtained after the renovations about 3 to 4 years ago. With a couple free walls in the bathrooms, there should have been a couple towel rails but the walls were left empty. Hanging of towels was therefore limited to 2 hooks! Gym was far as it's shared with the Best Western and the Racquet Club closeby. Service was great especially in the lounge, after the hicup start!

Sheets are so rough and the bed skirt was held on by tape. Big glob of what looked like silicone on my ceiling . My toilet didn't flush so called maintenance and they left big black marks in my toilet. I expected a Sheraton hotel to be better quality. Disappointing.

"Amazing Staff and Hotel"

We stayed here while we were having renos done. The staff were amazing and so helpful !!!!! The bellman Prince was just amazing. He went above and beyond to help us out. My husband is visually impaired and we have a toddler and he always made sure to check on us whenever we saw him during our stay. They made accommodations for us to make sure my husband was comfortable getting around. The restaurant worker that helped my husband with our food orders went above and beyond as well. They are fantastic employees who really care about the people staying at their hotel. The bartender was fantastic as well. Everyone made sure we were well taken care of during our stay. So grateful to the staff !!!!!
