Great atmosphere and wonderful service. Room was very clean and comfortable. The location was perfect, and the staff were exceptional. Will definitely be returning on my next trip. I had two other coworkers with me and they were also very satisfied and happy with the experience at the Sheridan in Niagara Falls Where they have a wonderful beer, selection, and the fluffiest pillows ever

The hotel is under renovation so I understood scceome of the room discomfort. The hotel amenities were great and location PERFECT. The Immigration Border is 2 blocks away, Senecca Niagara falls is across the street, and there are many accessible attractions nearby.

Daniel was amazing ! Made our trip so much easier !! Overall best hotel experience I’ve had ! Beds were nice and the pillows are great, I wanna know where I can buy some for my house ! Love the fish tank in the pool area as well. Amazing touch !!!!!!

Nice room, great staff, good food options. I was recognized as a Bonvoy member and got some perks, including late checkout. Also very kind to arrange early checkin at no cost. Parking included. Great location atbwalking distance from Niagara Falls park.

"READ before you stay!"

I don't even know where to start. If I could leave a negative stars I would. We went to check in. Advised the room we chose was unavailable for the season. Also Advised both restaurants on the property were closed. The check in staff was pleasant and said if we wanted to go look at the room and cancel they would work with us. Being New Years, there wasn't any availability. The room was outdated. The tub wouldn't hold water. There was clothes from previous people in the room So that was disgusting. We did find the room we were staying in cheaper online. We told the front desk that and they said to show us and they would adjust the price. 2 hours after checking in, we finally got settled and went to walk to the casino. We then were told the Rainforest Cafe was indeed open. ( even though the paper we were given at check in said it was closed). The tunnel to the casino and back was closed 10 pm, so we had to walk outside. Our room was right by the elevator , noise was awful. Since we were told the breakfast place was closed for the season, we slept in. When we went down to check out, we were met with a sign about breakfast being available. We would have woken up earlier if that information was correct. The checkout staff was unprofessional, unwilling to honor what we were told the night before and rude. We asked for a manager and were told there wasn't any availability. We weren't offered the number or to leave a message. I would expect the Sheraton would have better communication, standards and cleanliness.
