Alana, the manager. (Don’t know if I’m spelling her name right, sry) Was super rude, asked for help , and she acted like texting on her phone was more important. Glad my kid wasn’t hurt, she would’ve cared less or helped, for that matter. Disappointed at the whole place, not to mention it felt like it was a 100 degrees In there. For the money we pay, turn on the air conditioner, please!

"Fun for kids but Ninja Warrior Park is very advanced for most people."

We had our two boys, ages 7 and 10, so the course for 2 hours and they loved it. They wanted to come to do the Ninja Warrior Park but they didn’t realize how difficult it was. It’s really too advanced for most people who will visit. I rarely saw anyone on it during our time there, which tells me that it’s probably a wasted space. I think the idea is great but the practical use of it just isn’t going to be high. Also, I had a very hard time knowing who worked for Sevier Air and who didn’t. They need to have a much more distinct uniform that makes them easily identifiable. I think they were all wearing black shirts but I feel like something brighter, like neon colors would be better to make them stand out more. Some of the workers were not wearing black I don’t think either. Again, I couldn’t really tell, and that’s a problem.

"Best trampoline park in area"

Asked our kids (6 and 9) what they both wanted to do on one afternoon and they chose a trampoline park. After reading about the choices in the area, chose Sevier Air and was impressed. We chose the one hour option even though the two hour option is a better deal. Ended up being that one hour was plenty and my kids got to do everything and were pretty sweaty by the end of the hour. Waiver process at the beginning is a bit laborious but you can do it online before you arrive. Besides several trampoline areas, there is a ninja course for older kids. My oldest tried the ninja course but it was too hard for her and she stuck to the trampolines. Was here on a Tuesday afternoon with hot and sunny weather outside. Was busy but not overwhelmed and everyone had ample space to play.

"We love Sevier Air! Great for all ages!"

We love Sevier Air! Great for kids of all ages. Lots of trampolines, Ninja course, basketball goals plus some. We have been here numerous times and today we thought we would try Top Jump instead to try something different, but once we got there we were greatly disappointed, it’s not good for little kids. If under 42’ you are limited to a very small play space, so while my husband and I wanted to jump she would be stuck in a tiny area that had very little to do, it would not have kept her busy for 2 hours. We when realized how lame it was, I had to beg for a refund from a very rude manager and we left and came to Sevier Air, where my 4 year old has the freedom to use all the equipment, except for a few small areas, where there is a height limit. We now know, Sevier Air is the only trampoline park in Pigeon Forge we will visit. Don’t waste your money at Top Jump and make Sevier Air your trampoline park of choice!!
