"No Bar = No Drinks Monday to Wednesday"

We went to this hotel to meet our friends that were staying in this Hotel before dinner. We arrived 30 minutes early so went to find the bar. But to our shock they do not have one !!! What type of hotel only has a bar on certain days. We waited for our friends and went back to our hotel the lovely Ramada over the road for pre dinner drinks.

"Stay somewhere that wants your money and a manager who does not have attitude."

I've stayed in worse hotels, so I won’t nitpick every issue—but here’s why you should spend your money elsewhere. First, there is NO proper bar. The hotel technically has access to the restaurant bar next door, but it only opens from Thursday to Sunday. If you’re expecting a drink outside of those days, forget it. But the real kicker? I went to buy an alcoholic drink from the hotel shop and was denied service because I didn’t have ID on me—despite being 55 years old and a paying hotel guest. The so-called manager, who also doubles as a security guard, insisted it was “state law.” Funny, because the same hotel had no problem selling me three drinks the night before without asking for ID. If inconsistent policies, lack of amenities, and frustrating customer service sound like your idea of a great stay, go ahead and book. Otherwise, take your business somewhere that actually values its guests.

DO NOT STAY AT THIS HOTEL IT'S NASTY THE BEDS ARE HORRIBLE I asked for the mattress to be changed because it was lumby and bumpy I hade to use my pillows to put under the matters to sleep I asked my whole trip foe the mattress to be replaced and was lied to my whole vist DO NOT STAY HERE

Excellent hotel! Clean and comfortable, lovely pool area with towels provided. great breakfast, well stocked shop. Room cleaned daily. Amazing view of international drive and the pool from our room. Staff very friendly especially Caren who served our coffee at breakfast. Will definitely return!

"Avoid!"

If you value sleep, do not go to this hotel. The windows aren’t properly sealed so it sounds like you’re quite literally sleeping on the side of a road. The air-con is like a jet engine but some how doesn’t manage to do its job. It also clunks a lot so if you do somehow manage to get to sleep, you’ll be woken up by loud clunking. It’s literally 2am as I write this, dripping with sweat because it’s so hot. Can’t sleep because of the noise. Just avoid if you want to actually sleep whilst you’re in Orlando.
