Everyone at the hotel was friendly and attentive. I’d definitely stay here again. Clean facility, towels and chairs are provided for the beach/pool. 2 pools onsite. Nice location as well. You can walk to and from places or take public transportation.

The staff was not as welcoming as I remembered. Our suite was very rundown and the AC was running very high. There was dripping from the ceiling. It seems that they are no longer take pride in the place. There is no sign of improvements being made.

The Riveria was a great place to stay. Not a lot of options on the TV but it was alright. Once checked in there was a spot on the comforter, good thing we didn't spend alot of time in the room. Room was a little small than the picture but it was cute and cozy. We would visit again!

Rosy the receptionist could not have been better! Super accommodating, a multi-tasker. When we checked in there were probably ten things going on at once and she never looked overwhelmed and kept a friendly and welcoming demeanor and smile on her face. The hotel was an amazing place to “happen upon.” Its art deco vibe and homey reception area was just the intro we needed for a hopeful stay that would give us a couple days of R&R at the end of our vacation. The section of the hotel we stayed in was across the street from the main check-in, which seemed a bit odd. But didn’t prove to be inconvenient at all. There was a pool at the bldg as well. It was a beautiful, restful setting but lots of shade. The pool at the main building had a pool area that was more open because it was rooftop. Negative is there was little seating around the pool. And overall, every seat was taken. There were people who came up but there wasn’t space. Not sure there’s really anything that could be done, other than having time limits for guests when there’s a full house or lots of people wanting to use the pool lounge area. We are at the restaurant. The servers did a great job. The food was good. We will definitely recommend the hotel and be back ourselves in the future!!

Our group stayed at The Riviera Suites in South Beach for a conference. Rosy and Ailibe provided outstanding service and took wonderful care of us. The location is perfect, and the rooms are spacious and spotless with lots of character! Highly recommend!
