Beautiful hotel. The public spaces are a little more up to date than the room itself was, but it was perfectly fine. My room was interior facing, so noise was never a concern. The room opened onto an outdoor walkway overlooking the pool, unique to only a few rooms. Sadly the weather was far too cold for an unheated pool and no hot tub. Staff was delightful and attentive and there were daily check ins. Valet parking on site was a great help. Entrance is steps from the Riverwalk, though it’s a quiet stretch and you’ll need to walk to reach the busier restaurants and bars.

For the most part our stay was enjoyable. Comfy beds and fluffy pillows, We loved our Riverwalk view! Would have been nice to be "upgraded" to a balcony room at no extra charge. Internet was spotty. It kept buffering or froze while we were watching Tubi. I have a few suggestions... 1) towel racks to hang towels 2) table in the corner to eat 3) a couple luggage stands to put your suitcase 4) faster better internet. If kept buffering or froze

Good stay just still waiting on my 100 deposit to be returned 5 days later... And parking wasn't the best. Was warned about cars being broken into. But my car was fine. Staff was friendly had to use a card for elevator. When I booked it said there was free parking but only option was vallet or to park in the street or pay parking. Not aloud to park in the garage without using vallet.

I would not stay here again or recommend it. As noted from another review, the bathroom is incredibly small. I’ve never been in a hotel where the door barely misses the toilet when you open it. The ventilation is awful, which is likely why there is rust all over the tub and there is an unpleasant smell. Be wary of your charges after your stay. It is a known issue where they will charge you for champagne. We never used the mini-bar. I don’t even drink and I was traveling with my young son, but they charged me for two bottles of champagne. I saw another review who had the same thing happen. When I emailed about it, no apology. Just passed me along to someone else. Still waiting for a resolution 3 days later. They overcharged my by $119.

The hotel was nice in general, but we phoned ahead about the pool being heated. We were told yes, and the pool was not. We could have chosen many other hotels that did have the feature, so this was a let down. other than that , the hotel was fine. The coffee bar was nice in the morning, and the staff was friendly. The parking for the most part went well also.
