"Disgusting"

The room was disgusting. There were stains everywhere. The shower had clearly been used as a toilet and not cleaned up. The bathroom door did not have a lock on it. The TV barely functioned. The room had a musty odor. The chair was stained. This is only slightly better than camping.

"Worst Stay Ever"

We got a room on the 2nd floor for a night. A strong urine smell came from the AC/Heater unit, so we had to turn it off for the night. We couldn’t stand the smell. Disgusting!!!! This facility is smoke-free, but there was a strong marijuana smell outside the room. Also, the room had 2 bath towels and 2 washcloths only. Didn’t have hand towels. We were not happy with the stay what we paid for. The most expensive Red Roof Inn we ever stayed in (because of the location I guess, near NYC) but it did not meet up to the chains usual quality.

The property is so expensive when you consider the service and bus transportations to New York. The room is not clean. Elevators do not work. There is no room to leave your luggage when you want to go to NYC after arriving the property. The desk people does not listen to you, not produce any solution to your problems. There is no person working in this property apart from the desk people, so they provide you nothing as a hotel, just you sleep in dirty place. Everyone smokes, drugs; therefore, I did not feel safe in the property. It is not suitable for families unless you love your family.

Dirty place, not safe for families. Towels were not clean. No room service. There is absolutely no service in this hotel. Actually, you can sleep in the streets intead of this place. They stole my credit card and charge me extra fee. SCAMMERS, stay away!

The rooms are disgusting. People who stay here are horrible. There is room service, no cleaning, you expect nothing. If you have to stay in this place, do not give your card numbers. They are a dangerous scammer. I had to cancel my card because they try to draw extra money after we'd stayed here. Even if the room seems to be cheap, this can be costly for you; therefore, the best solution is to stay away from this place.
