"Everything ,, they got it right"

Sheets and bedding were excellent. I slept so well. The water pressure is outstanding. Hot water amazing. Breakfast top notch. Staff so genuinely kind. What a great place. They are representing the Ramada brand name w/ greatness. I not only would stay again i will be referring my peers.

"WORST HOTEL - BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE"

DO NOT STAY!! Hotel will blame you for anything that is wrong with the room before you enter it. I booked this hotel for my wedding, and it was a mess. The Manager does not respond to emails, calls or anything! They said it was my fault the bathrooms were not working and made us go across the hall to use the restroom as my bridal party was getting ready! When we returned after the wedding the bathroom was not fixed after they said they would take care of it. Then said there was nothing they could do to help us anymore. When contacting them about this again after the wedding weekend no response has been made for 16 days. When they did respond they said it was my fault, and they were going to do nothing about it. They made what should have been a fun time getting ready with my friends so stressful!

"Property declining and in need of cleaning and repairs"

The property is in desperate need of updates and cleaning. Unfortunately the prices have skyrocketed and are undeserving of the declining property. The restaurant and lounge area are never fully open and have not been for years. They also used to have bands playing on the property for Ligonier Days weekend that have been discontinued which is very disappointing. Bathroom floor corners were dirty and rooms desperately need updates and repairs. Outside awnings are black with mold and mildew and have not been cleaned from past years. Also, not enough parking for guests. Extremely disappointing for the price.

"Very Dated and Not In a Quaint Way"

Spent 2 nights here while attending the Scottish Highland Games. We had 2 rooms, they were expensive due to the event weekend. The facility is very dated and the rooms, while clean and quiet, were not well maintained My room had tile rotting away from the wall in the bathroom, coffee stains on the wall and an office chair that looked like they picked it up off the street (severely damaged upholstery). The location is great - think I'll camp next time.
