"Place needs to be condemned"

This place needs to be condemned. Carpet is coming up. Sink leaked. Not clean at all. Health department needs to get involved as there is more than likely mold. Assuming the health department still exists in Iowa. Pool was closed. Not on the reservation. Apparently the place still operates in 1987 and can’t update a listing on the internet. Really does need to get shuttered. There was a ball from a previous occupant in the room along with what looked like cat food under the bed. We will be washing everything when we get to our next stop. We will also be notifying public health and the better business bureau. This place is a joke. Can’t believe Wyndham puts it name on this place.

Gross, not pleasant, seems extremely sketchy. Poor management. Poor experience. I reached out to folks at the front desk as wells as Jerry, (He said he was the manager) Terrible. My family will not go back. Rooms were gross, stunk, rusty, dirty, not good.

Place is run down, dirty, broken and staff doesn't care. Rooms aren't clean, no phones, even with express check in, expect a 30-45 minute wait. There was no hot water, fights in the hall, broken heater, dirty dining room, save your money....

No hot water in the first rooms, when we got up in the morning, one of the second rooms we got didn't have hot water either! The only reason we chose this hotel was the water park and it was closed and they didn't notify us... the pool side bar looks abandoned...just a tv on.. The bar had one poor guy doing food and the bar... good guy, but get him some help! This place need better management and maintenance! Seen stuff all over the place that should be fixed!! And you really call that a breakfast??? Coffee was awful 😖 Just a Dump!

Absolute terrible experience, staff was rude as can be to the point of calling my wife a b#tch. We had to ask 4 times for toilet paper. No towels , 2 pools open that were a disgusting green shade. Place was run down and filthy. Horrible staff and the breakfast was so e cereal or yogurt. Had to ask for more bedding for the pull out bed and that was like pulling teeth. Save your money and stay home.
