"Beware of the smell .. coming from managers apt"

Extremely nauseating smell at bottom of the steps of northeast corner of pool area, (west of the restaurant) .. honestly smelled like a dog had died or a decomposed body . .My understanding it was coming from the managers apt .. please take care of this as the rest of the stay was good, but until this is taken care of I would not recommend this to anyone .. it made me sick to my stomach every time I walked by . even my 3 year old grandson made a comment stating it smelled like poop without my saying it to him first !! Also breakfast staff didn’t keep things filled when approached x2 each time she was busy texting in the kitchen ! The pool and size of the rooms were very nice . When I needed extra towels etc they were very quick to assist .. life guards were very good and kept good control of unsupervised kids . You spend the amt of money we spent at a Ramada , we shouldn’t have to deal or put up with a problem like that .

"Fun for the KIDS!"

The waterpark is fabulous, the kids LOVED it! I wouldn't stay if I didn't have kids. The hotel is really focused around kids and a bit out dated. The breakfast is better than nothing, but poor compared to most hotels that offer continental breakfast. However, like I said, better than nothing.

"Birthday party trip"

We did a family birthday party there and enjoyed our stay. The room was comfortable and clean. The pillows and sheets were very soft and comfortable to sleep in. The staff was friendly, and helpful. The area is safe, and in a good part of town. I was very much at ease, and would stay here again.

"Horrible experience"

What a waste of my hard earned $314.00. Our TV didn’t work but we finally figured it out. The dead bolt lock didn’t work, maintenance had “ just left” but never came during our stay to fix it. We didn’t get housekeeping during our stay, Thursday through Sunday. Pool had a closed sign but on Friday and Saturday there were many many people using the pool facilities. We ran out of toilet tissue and tissues. I do want to say that Billy tried to do as much as he could for us. Whenever we asked to talk to a manager or supervisor no one was ever available to speak with us. The continental breakfast was a joke cold dry cereal, granola bars and old apples and oranges. I want my $314.00 back!!!! And I am a Wyndham rewards member and I didn’t enjoy my stay.

What an absolute joke! Never again! The website said the waterpark was open daily, but when we checked in, we were informed only on the weekends. The elevators were not in service. Then in the room, our toilet was missing the handle to flush! Run!
