"False advertisement. So not trust the website, there is no cafe or room service. But you still pay the premium for it."

The website is an absolute lie. It advertises a 24hr cafe and room service. But none of that is true. There is no food onsite site at all. $50 to park and $50 to checkout an hour later. Front desk knew the lie about a cafe and was not at all apologetic. Book at your own risk!

Perfectly nice centrally located hotel. It’s a little awkward to get to because you have to walk through the parking garage. Parking is $50 per night, but they do offer in and out privileges. The lobby is modern and looks recently redecorated. The Dove products were nice in the shower, but they did not have any lotion, which was unfortunate.

Lovely time other than it is cold right now amd I could not get the heat at participate. I love the staff and the prime location. Parking is outrageous and does not need to be so high. This is the only area I feel gouged. This is a great location, close to all on the Westside of Los Angeles.

What a s**thole...the carpets smelt, the service was bad...hotel management allowed a spring breakers style party of 50 people in the hallways of the hotel to continue until 3am. This is by far the WORST hotel I have ever stayed in, avoid at all costs!!!
