The hotel accepts and stores packages for guests prior to arrival and during their stay for a fee of $5.00 per package which will be applied to your bill. Packages will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the day they are delivered. Please do not plan to have your packages delivered more than 21 days in advance of your arrival at the hotel. To simplify the delivery of packages, the name of the addressee MUST match the name on the reservation. Packages without guest names will be returned after 14 days. Packages will only be given to the person whose name is written on the mailing label and we may require a photo ID to verify your identity. We are not responsible for lost/undelivered packages or packages that were damaged in transit.

Due to limited storage space and safety regulations, the Ramada Gateway Hotel cannot accept packages that:

Are larger than 48 inches on any one side.
Weigh more than 100 pounds.
Contain hazardous, flammable, or biological materials.

Packages that exceed the limitations listed in the section above will be refused at delivery or returned to sender. The hotel is not responsible for those items or for any associated shipping/restocking costs.

Pet Policy:There's a $50 non-refundable pet deposit to be paid upon check-in, a two pet maximum and each pet cannot weigh more than 30 pounds, and pet-friendly rooms are only the 2 Queen Standard w/Exterior Corridors. The Tower Rooms are not pet-friendly.

Fees:

$18.00 nightly resort fee, plus applicable taxes will be collected upon arrival.

Full American Buffet Breakfast is $15.95 per person, per day; children 12 and under $5.95 per person. Children under the age of 5 eat free, one adult, one child free. Tax and gratuity not included.

Shuttles to the theme parks are running again, including the Lake Buena Vista Outlets. Please note hours may change. Shuttle runs at certain times, please check with the front desk for times.

"Good stay"

Good location. Convenient stores, Walmart stores and good restaurants all around. Hotel open 24 x 7. The park tickets are available on demand and discounted price. The subtle are available for the park, but it would be not very convenient schedule, therefore try to manage your own.

I booked a room and was a little skeptical but was pleasantly surprised with Ramada Gateway. I wish the staff were more friendly though. A great place to crash after a day at the park, I was at the tower and could even see the fireworks from Magic Kingdom. This is a Ramada, don’t expect anything more than that.

I loved the comfort of the beds, the pillows were very soft, and the room was very clean. The only problem was that the water in the bathtub was too hot. But the rest of the place is very cozy, the area for playing pool and giant chess is excellent.

Only stayed one night, but would stay again if I travel to Orlando in the future.The hotel had alot of amenities which we couldn't enjoy, we were passing through to get to our final destination. The rooms were clean, the bed was very comfortable and the area was convenient.

I'd say that our stay here was better than average. Since we showed up at 2AM, we got upgraded to a King Bed, corner room with windows on 2 sides, 5th floor, with a very nice view. (we were supposed to have 2 Queen beds). The room was very spacious and had all the usual amenities. It was quiet, being an end unit helped a lot. The bed and pillows were outstanding, and had enough lights and outlets to help charge all your devices. The water pressure was excellent for the most part, and the water was hot. Parking was excellent and free, we did not have to wander around looking for a spot given the late times we got back to hotel. It was in an area with plenty of very good restaurants, and bonus, with a Starbucks within walking distance... A Walmart was 1/4 mile away to get everything you forgot or needed. With so many choices to eat, the $16/person all you can eat option on the hotel was not worth it.... We did not make use of any of the 'resort' features (pool, fitness room, etc...) of the hotel that you got charged $20/day for, so i cannot comment on those things. The only downside to this hotel was the bathroom and plumbing... It's very small, which by itself is not a big deal. It was the layout of it. the toilet was literally in front of you as you entered and there was little room to either side of it. It was workable, if a bit clunky. The plumbing however was a different story. At times during a shower, the pressure would suddenly drop, and the water would turn super-hot for a few seconds. after the first couple of incidents, you knew when to move out of the water stream to avoid getting burned. Having lived in an old house with old plumbing with 1 source of cold water for both baths and the toilet, i knew the source of this problem. Second issue was the 'burps' of water the toilet would have at random times. The water would shoot up a few inches. You could hear this happen at various times. This is not an issue unless, of course, you are using it at the 'wrong' time. I'd never seen this before, but i assume this was due to old plumbing as well. In summary, it's not bad for the money, location is 2-3 miles for Walt Disney, so location can't be beat... If they can fix the plumbing issues, i would def stay here again.....
