The hotel accepts and stores packages for guests prior to arrival and during their stay for a fee of $5.00 per package which will be applied to your bill. Packages will be held for a maximum of 30 days from the day they are delivered. Please do not plan to have your packages delivered more than 21 days in advance of your arrival at the hotel. To simplify the delivery of packages, the name of the addressee MUST match the name on the reservation. Packages without guest names will be returned after 14 days. Packages will only be given to the person whose name is written on the mailing label and we may require a photo ID to verify your identity. We are not responsible for lost/undelivered packages or packages that were damaged in transit.

Due to limited storage space and safety regulations, the Ramada Gateway Hotel cannot accept packages that:

Are larger than 48 inches on any one side.
Weigh more than 100 pounds.
Contain hazardous, flammable, or biological materials.

Packages that exceed the limitations listed in the section above will be refused at delivery or returned to sender. The hotel is not responsible for those items or for any associated shipping/restocking costs.

Pet Policy:There's a $50 non-refundable pet deposit to be paid upon check-in, a two pet maximum and each pet cannot weigh more than 30 pounds, and pet-friendly rooms are only the 2 Queen Standard w/Exterior Corridors. The Tower Rooms are not pet-friendly.

Fees:

$18.00 nightly resort fee, plus applicable taxes will be collected upon arrival.

Full American Buffet Breakfast is $15.95 per person, per day; children 12 and under $5.95 per person. Children under the age of 5 eat free, one adult, one child free. Tax and gratuity not included.

Shuttles to the theme parks are running again, including the Lake Buena Vista Outlets. Please note hours may change. Shuttle runs at certain times, please check with the front desk for times.

Everything was fine, the service, the attention, the location, maybe it needs an improvement in the facilities, everything functional but they are a little old and somewhat deteriorated... A little painting and maintenance to the furniture would be necessary.

I visited alone to watch my daughter play college softball for a week. I was originally set up in a room in the back of their property and didn't feel safe walking in and out in the dark alone since I've never traveled by myself. The front desk was very understanding and found me a room in their main hotel but I didn't have to pay the extra $30 per night that it cost. Well worth it! I liked the room better in the main hotel too. My only complaint was the shower water. It was too hot. I couldn't get cold water at all. I put in two requests to have it looked at. I was able to shower but it burnt my skin. I would 100% go back and probably just ask for another room with better shower. Price is right too. Perfect spot it you are headed to Disney.

Everything was great it was a lot to do on site and we had a blast. We had other plans in the area that we cancelled because it was thing to do on site that seem to be a better option. they have a on site bar for adults, a restaurant we good food for all and the water park and arcade is also a nice added touch.

Lovely budget hotel. Spotless with lovely grounds.Staff superb from the reception to the cafe. Special mention to Sarah from there and the amazing barkeep.easy to find in a great position for Disney .Highly recommend .two pools, one heated.gym and great relaxing area undercover.
