"Pleasant stay"

I had a very pleasant experience at the Radisson. I had the pleasure to stay in one of the new rooms that's was very modern. The shower and bathroom are very spacious. Also I would like to give a big thank you to Jared for the directions and fresh towels.

Great service, shout out to Jared for responding instantly to guest’s needs. Main pool is heated and perfect temp year round. Laundry on site easily accessible. Fridge and amenities working as desired. Cruise crowd makes parking difficult but not hard.

We did not stay - but we want to say THANK YOU to Kern Carr from Radisson Resort transfers. We were stuck at the cruise port because of Port Canaveral Connection bad service! Waited for 3 hrs - that is with Kern's help! He did not have to do that, but we are Canadian and did not have phone service in USA, he called them many times and he stayed with us until we were pick up!! Really appreciate - he is a good person - again thank you Kern!

"Jonathan and front desk staff!"

The morning front desk staff was exceptional ! Jonathan the Bellman/doorman was extremely helpful! He has a wonderful personality and made the stay that much better! If you need any assistance he's your man ! Thank you all for a no-hassle fantastic stay!

"No housekeeping"

Upon check-in we had to request a map of the property to find our room. The bellboy was present at the check-in area but made no offer to help us with our suitcases. This hotel only does housekeeping on Monday, Wednesday and Friday. This is not listed on their website and it was not mentioned at check-in. After a couple days of no housekeeping we inquired about it and was told as above. When we asked if we could get housekeeping because we were not informed of this policy we were told they could bring towels and toiletries but if we wanted the room to have complete housekeeping "Wanda" would have to talk to the boss. We suggest staying somewhere else when visiting the Port Canaveral area.
