"Nice place"

First impression was great. Johnny greeted is and took our luggage bags to our room. Front desk was great checking us in. We had two minor issues. Even though there's a fridge in the room, there wasn't a microwave that we could use onsite. The rooms have a barnyard door for the bathroom that came off track and trapped my daughter inside. When I went to get her out, the door almost fell on me. Other than that, the staff was excellent, friendly and very accommodating. I will come back.

Wonderful hotel! Great help. Ask for Jonathan. Super helpful and friendly. Took great care of us. Helped us line up our shuttle and got us to the port with plenty of time. Helped us load luggage and secure luggage tags. Made our cruising trip a breeze. Will definitely be back!

"Over priced amd disappointed with visit"

After a very long day of travel from Maryland to Cape Canaveral, all we wanted to do was eat and relax. Check in was quick, the walk to our room with all our luggage was a hike. Room ( suite) was large. Our door wouldnt latch, we called and maintenance came. After 2 visits from them, they said it couldn't be fixed. Alrighty.. bedroom light and ceiling fan didn't work. A/C wouldn't cool the room and we had no air movement. Front desk didn't even offer an apology for the inconvenience of having to block our door with chairs and heavy suitcases or lights not working. We had a shuttle scheduled for 9:30 am departure to cruise port. It left the hotel late, making us late for scheduled cruise check in. For $400 plus a night, we will not be back. Pool area was nice, pool bar food was mediocre. We had to ask for our table to be cleaned off and staff seemed to be bothered by the request.

"Pre cruise Experience"

Spent one night with a friend at the Radisson prior to cruise. Location was close to port and we were encouraged by the bellman, Jonathan, to take advantage of the shuttle as Uber rates tend to soar during prime times. All the staff was friendly and competent, but Jonathan went above and beyond. He recommended restaurants, let us know about the rocket launch, and got us to and from our room on arrival and departure. Returning with my husband in a few short weeks and choosing the Radisson based on the excellent service and recommendations from Jonathan.

Hotel was much better than expected. Location perfect. Pizza/Italian restaurant within walking distance was excellent. Front desk staff was amazing! Pool clean and grounds beautiful. Will be staying here again next cruise!
