"Came to see the Port."

Really nice place. Comfortable bed and pillows were OK. Can't complain. Had some food at the indoor bar and it was simply bar food and not too bad, felt sorry for the barkeep as she was very overworked so we left her with a good tip. Nice pool are but a little too cool and windy for it. Would stay again.

Rooms were clean, spacious but a smidge outdated (but the hotel is under renovation I believe ) . Pool was clean , hot tub was hot . Pool bar staff was friendly ! Over all no complaints for a one night stay . This hotel does offer parking for cruisers (free) & a shuttle to the port included. Very big plus in my book!

"Nice Hotel"

Hotel was nice it's getting up-to-date. going through a little bit of construction not too many complaints. pool area was pretty nice, they had a well stocked gym which I appreciated. property is a little confusing ran into a nice security guard name Jarred just want to give him a shout out for directions three times. "Bob the old man at the front desk performed the most horrible customer service ."

If I can give a multiple 0 star I would. Horrible customer service. And for me is the front desk guy , his name is Bob, older man. I never in my life of traveling would see a front desk person treating customers like that. I originally booked 2 rooms for two nights. All paid in advance. Because my flight delayed and canceled I didn’t show up on my book date but the next booking date. Instead of keeping my rooms they gave my rooms away. At that moment, I arrived with 8 luggages, 2 little kids and my elderly mother. They still have an available room but refused to give to us. It’s 2:30am in the morning. All of us were exhausted. But they said they have to keep that room. Bob, the worst front desk person I ever seen in my life. Was so rude and brutal. Ruthless old man. He shouldn’t be in that position at all. I asked to speak to a manager and he refused it. He even threatened me to call the security when I showed his college the reservation confirmation and asked him why you gave my booked 2 rooms away. Radisson Hotel is a big name but they definitely don’t know how to hire good staffs and train them well. Very disappointed since this location is tourism attraction. I came from Canada and this is not impressive at all. By the way, this is also the first time in my life I gave 1 star review. But I would refer to give them 0 start and as many time as I can . This just tell you how up set I am .

"Jonathan is a True Gem – Above and Beyond Service!"

Here’s a warm and heartfelt review for Jonathan at the Radisson Resort: --- My husband and I travel often, but we have yet to meet someone as amazing and genuinely caring as Jonathan. He is truly the epitome of "above and beyond." Kind, knowledgeable, and incredibly accommodating, he made our stay unforgettable. Traveling with two small children is never easy, and in our sleep-deprived state, we overlooked a few important details about our trip. Jonathan not only noticed but stepped in to help without hesitation. He printed and delivered our luggage tags, arranged our transfers to the cruise port (saving us a significant amount of money), and shared the best tips and tricks to make our journey smoother. Jonathan is a rare gem, and Radisson is incredibly lucky to have him. If you’re staying at this hotel, do yourself a favor and meet this incredible man. Someone, please give him a well-deserved raise! We will definitely be back. Thank you, Jonathan, for making our trip that much easier and more enjoyable!
