"Great help from Brooke"

Brooke was excellent in helping us book our future stay and our Fly & Cruise package. We were looking for a good deal on a fly stay & cruise package and she was able to provide us with one. She also booked our shuttle time and emailed us all the information that we needed.

"Pre-cruise stay"

Arrived st Orlando Airport and took shared shuttle to hotel. We were early and they had a room ready for us. The room was on the ground floor by the pool and was well-appointed with a sitting area, A/C + ceiling fan, TV, fridge, microwave and very comfortable bed. Although we were by the pool, it did not disturb us in our room. We went out to a pub for dinner and to the hotel bar afterwards for a drink and watched sports and interacted with other guests. Very enjoyable. In the morning, we took hotel shuttle to the port ~$6 per person. Very efficient and quick. We will stay there again.

"Overall nice and good staff"

Second time at this hotel, checkin was pleasant, no bellman (7pm) but security helped us to the room and rolled bags. Room was clean and bed comfortable but a bit worn. Plenty of towels and amenities. Enough outlets for the two of us. Lobby is large but benches not so comfortable to me. We ate dinner in the hotel Flamingo’s…surprisingly good and service was excellent! Wish they had Keurig coffee pots tho!! We would stay there again waiting for a cruise.

"Excellent room & grounds updates make the resort worth a new look"

First time in many years to stay here & the owners are investing a lot of money in a long overdue renovation. The exterior is beautiful & the rooms are ongoing. We asked for & received an updated room & it was very modern & comfortable with new fixtures & furniture. The ground floor room faced the parking lot & we could hear a lot of noise from outside so we left the fan running. Some nice features are the wooden plantation shutters & vinyl plank flooring, & large walk in shower. Excellent value for the price paid which included R/T airport & cruise transportation. Lovely, helpful staff & well organized cruise shuttle departures. Airport driver Sean was a delightful & safe driver. Will return soon!
