"Great 2nd stay"

Stayed at this hotel for a 2nd stay. What really makes this hotel is the staff and the location. The staff particularly Ruji, Sandra and Jabari (sorry in case I got your name wrong) went above and beyond during our stay at this hotel. The location is on the waterfront and in the heart of the city which make most thing accessible. The rooms are nice. Thank you for a lovely stay!

Clean, quiet, close to public transit, right off the water and harbour front. Within walking distance to the CN Tower/Rogers Centre/Aquarium. Staff very attentive and flexible. Check in was easy. Close to restaurants, pharmacy, 24 hour food store. Streetcar stop is right in front of hotel. Had a great stay and would recommend.

"They really missed a trick"

The reception area lets this place down - it’s small and unimpressive but functional. But the bedrooms are large, clean and comfortable with well equipped bathrooms. Some nose in the corridors but nothing excessive. The location is great and it’s an easy walk to Roger’s Centre, CN Tower, Scotiabank Arena and the harbour. We stayed on NYE and just felt that with such a great location, the hotel completely missed a chance to provide guests with viewing opportunities from their 5th floor restaurant and terrace - both of which were closed. Such a shame.

My flight was cancelled and I had to come back to this hotel for one night (I had a great 2 night stay with no issues so I figured the additional night would be good too) Exhausted I went right to bed upon arrival. In the morning I saw that I had regretfully slept on a bed that was covered in mold and filth. Every towel I checked was the same. The sink had some sort of filth and phlegm in it and shower ceiling had mold. My breathing has been terrible because of it and now I know the cause of the headache I had all night. Staff were the most unhelpful I’ve ever experienced.

Overall it’s a decent hotel but more on the expensive side for what you get. Great location and within walking distance for Rogers Center. Room was clean. Hair dryer didn’t work. Breakfast was expensive for what you got. Parking is expensive if you plan on staying long
