"Very cozy and conveniently located! "

The bed was super cozy and comfortable, just the right blankets, and free breakfast in the morning! Staff was responsive and kind. Room was well taken care of. I was on a long trip and this was nearby to so many attractions I had to pop in.

The guy at the front desk was terrible his name was Sam and he had no purpose of being there not helpful at all just a terrible guy he ate noodles infront of us while we struggled to check in #fire Sam and I don’t even think Sam was his name but it was shady place as well shady people I would not recommend this hotel needa to be remade over

This hotel put us out and basically took all the money we had , they called the cops all because there was an extra person in the room and then the elevator is shaky and it takes forever to stop and it’s very small , the customer service here is terrible

My card was charged for a stat that never took place! Crack heads prostitutes and homeless people reside here! I would not suggest to take your family or yourself staying here! No wheres near downtown Atlanta! Nor any attraction!

I booked a hotel for my homeless friend. Fully paid for, called beforehand to make sure they had everything they needed. And when he got there they denied him his room at 3:30 AM!!! If we hadn’t woken up he would have been sleeping on the streets in the cold again.
