We have stayed at this hotel several times. After a bad experience at another hotel on this trip, we booked the last two nights at the Quality Inns and Suites. It was like an Oasis. Our room was very clean and smelled great when we got there. It is very pet friendly and it has an area to walk your pet and they provide bags and a trash can. Our room had been recently remodeled. The bathroom had new fixtures and the vanity area had new countertops. It is always quiet here and we had a good stay. We will probably stay here from now on. Also, the workers at the front desk are always helpful and pleasant. This is a great location. Close to everything.

Experience was great! We don’t live but 1.5 hrs away but this was a nice little get away! The rooms were nice and clean breakfast was pretty spot on, and the location of this hotel is great! Close to everything you can enjoy in gatlinburg! And don’t get me started on the spa tub haha!

overall very much in need of updating.only one elevator,breakfast very basic,would not stay there again.on upside,large room with balcony and a view. not near many restaurants and parking downtown expensive & in short supply. checking in so took longer then would have liked as internet down.

The room was spotless and spacious. The beds and sheets were extremely comfortable. The balcony was roomy and comfortable. Easy access and within walking distances of restaurants, shops, and attractions. Both the day and night staff were amenable and helpful when we had trouble accessing our room. The breakfast bar was adequate.

I rented 8 rooms for 2 nights. 4 king Suites and 4 queen double bed. All rooms were clean with 0 complaints of cleanleniness. The king room were very roomy with refrigerator, microwave, couch, and fireplace. This is my second year in a row staying. I will be back next year to stay again. The hot breakfast was also exceptional. Waffles, eggs, sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, cereals, hot and cold. all of the desk clerks we’re always so very helpful and kind.
