"My wonderful stay"

The bed, the sheets and the pillows it so comfortable. Its heavenly. So clean front desk was fast checked in very sweet when asking questions. I would give it 10 stars if I could. Thank you so much. Everything is just perfect and I would definitely recommend this hotel to everyone looking for a good place to stay.

"Pass on this place, but nice staff"

This Quality Inn has exterior doors - many which are taped up, and the backside of the hotel faces a graveyard. It should have been half the price it was - sticky laminate wood floors, yet the beds were comfortable. Decent breakfast offered and the staff was nice - that's why I gave 2 stars instead of only one. For the price, stay somewhere else.......

We were very happy with this hotel. Very clean, I want to give a special thank you to Echo and Roneke at the front desk. I left my handbag in my room. Roneke found it for me and called my friend who reserved the room, and Echo went thru the process with me so it can be shipped . I got my handbag today and all is intact!!!,,,thank you soo much. if we pass thru Ringgold,ga again we will be staying there. Marjorie

"Looks nice from outside but beware"

Stayed late October one night. Room was spacious but run down. Blinds on window were a mess, door locked but was ajar enough to see light. Lamp stained shade. Bathroom had wash cloth hanging from shower head from previous guest. Was not cleaned properly . No plugs hardly , had pull mattress down some to plug charger in. Bed was comfy but I checked it out. Breakfast couple muffins and small apples. Stuff in a frigerator but all in bags. Stay somewhere else.

"Pass this lil gem up.."

Pass this one up…we were in town for a wedding and stayed two nights. We were given 2 towels for our room, no problem, our kids ended up coming with us at the last minute. We asked for extra towels and they wanted to know why we needed extra towels, what room were we in, very rude about it but they gave us 2 towels. Our entire stay we had to use the same towels. Never once did housekeeping come. We had all the makings for our morning coffee… except the coffee pot. I didn’t bring a hair dryer as I knew the rooms had one, only, it won’t work. My parents had the room next door and their hair dryer didn’t work. Our room only had a half a roll of toilet paper, we had to go ask for more. Hair balls in the corners of the bathroom… you get what you pay for, so chose wisely…
