"Never stay there"

Filthy bug infested brothel is the best description I can think of. Stay in your car. It's better than this dump. Arrived at 1:00 AM, front desk area looked like a crack house. Went to room. Found bugs, feces smeared on floor, used sheets, tub was orange from stains, pubic hair on toilet & bathroom floor. We left 15 minutes later. Total crap- hole.

This place is the worst of the worst. First, my wife is a Gold Member of choice hotels and the desk staff couldn’t have cared less. The room was filthy and we killed over 8 bugs in the room. Ceiling had scrapings coming off them. The floor hadn’t been vacuumed it seemed like in over a month. We refused to step on any of it unless we had shoes on. We arrived at 11:30 pm and needed sleep is the only why we stayed. We woke up at 5:30 am and left as soon as we could. I wouldn’t have trusted the coffee in the place.

Horrible place. We drove all day and decided to stay there on our way to Florida. We checked in at 11:30 pm hoping for a good night sleep. The room didn't have clean bedding!!! They didn't change sheets and pillowcases. We complained to the front desk. The girl there told us that she doesn't have any clean room and she doesn't have spare clean sheets. She told us to check out! The tiles were missing and the mattress was filthy. We filled a complain with the corporate office. This place should be shut down for health inspections.

Place was unsafe people hanging in parking lot in front of my door smoking dope office staff said it was normal. Reserved a non smoking king got a single queen bed with terrible smoke smell. Clerk would not move me to another room. Hole in the carpet exposing cement below smoke detector hanging by a wire shower held together with electrical tape some strange powder substance on the nightstand. Tv service does not work no coffee maker or microwave. Called Priceline to force to move my room they were no help Called Choice hotels they would not help either. I told them it was an unsafe condition to which they said ‘deal with it’ I took plenty of pictures to demonstrate the issues.

"The housekeeper and a few of the front desk clerk are the best thing about this Quality inn"

i have stay at this hotel,the room are clean,and i had a housekeeper by the name of “Chassity Wilson”which was responsible for my room during my 3 day business visit, So professional and was doing other job because the hotel is under staff in the housekeeping department,, but she went out of her way to make sure i every needed
