an excellent hotel.Quite old but very well maintained. Big room and comfortable beds.Very clean and an excellent breakfast.Sitting out side under cover for breakfast was excellent.The location is good for access to the Keys and the everglades The big plus is also the pool, which is very clean and a good size. The staff here are really lovely and work very hard to keep things clean A well run and well maintained motel

This was the best hotel for service, comfort, and convenience on our two week trip to Key West and back home. The staff was great and even seemed to anticipate our needs from fresh box of facial tissues to a very good breakfast over the days we stayed there.

I wasn't expecting the Ritz, but couldn't help but be disappointed in this property. The positive: Great location for visiting the Keys, Everglades, or Biscayne Bay. Lots of shopping and restaurants nearby. The room was exceptionally clean. The pool area seemed nice. The front desk staff were very friendly and helpful. The negative: Rooms were very small and furnished like dorm rooms. The thin, uncomfortable mattress rested on a flimsy metal frame. The property showed its age and desperately needed a renovation. The linens were thread bare and stained. We were on a bottom floor room, and a group of 15+ men (other guests) congregated outside our window and drank beer until late in the evening. Parking is a challenge and we finally parked at the nearby Dennys last night. Overall, what I expected was a quaint and serene motor lodge. What I found was a run-down, crowded motel that should charge less than $50 a night. I tried to save a few bucks this trip, but will spend more to sleep well next time we visit the area.

We stayed here last January as well. I found it very nice and comfortable. I think it’s a very very good value and with its proximity to the keys it was perfect. It’s not the Hilton so don’t get that impression but it more than served its purpose and had a hot breakfast. The pool and grounds are very well maintained

Our stay here was 100% from first booking , contacting sunny when he moved our rooms around to make us in 1 hotel . He went the full 100years to make our stay fabulous. Then the room was brilliant very clean,comfy nothing to much. There was a washing machine, dryer, and ice machine in the block again this experience was the best I have ever had from booking to leaving and would like to thank sunny, Nick and all the staff Thany You paul
