Poor service. Hidden fee. Stay somewhere else. Had to make multiple trips just to get towels and toilet paper. No room service. Elderly lady at the desk is rude and just wanted to blame everything on "the owner." This was our second time here, great before but not this time. Go somewhere else. We definitely will in the future.

This is supposedly a smoke free hotel, but we could smell cigarette smoke as we walked through the corridor to our balcony. Our view from that balcony consisted of a camping trailer stuffed with trash, a rusted out car with flat tires, & an unmarked white van with no license plates. I called to tell the front desk about the guy smoking & hanging around the van. They informed me not to worry, "That's just our housekeeper." One room's shower had mold in the ceiling tile. Another one had hair in the drain. Some of the beds had stains on them and/or obviously weren't cleaned. The carpets were incredibly dirty. We advised our group to sleep in their clothes and use their own pillow if they brought it. I received several complaints from members of our party that it smelled like weed every time they went outside. Avoid this hotel at all cost. You will get what you pay for.

This place has always been our go-to hotel for the past 10 plus years. However, it is beginning to lose its charm. Normally, the lobby is decked out in seasonal decor, the breakfast included meat/protein, and you could depend on seeing the same happy faces each time you entered the lobby. I asked the GM- who has always treated us like royalty when visiting- and she said that ownership wasn’t happy with the decorations in the lobby. I’m wondering if they understand Branson at all? Those types of fun vibes keep customers returning. This place will never be a 5 star hotel, BUT it has always been the charm of the people running it that attracted us and kept us coming back. I also miss the days of the griddle breakfasts, instead of a typical Quality Inn breakfast. I would even be willing to pay more to see these things make a comeback! This is a prime location, and for many of us, it is a nostalgic stay. The rooms are clean, and we are grateful for that, but it is losing its charm. PLEASE think about these things, as we love this place so very much. We don’t want to see it continue to change for the worse.

The room we stayed in was filthy, with dirty carpets and smelly washrooms. It was not properly cleaned before our arrival.” Very bad experience, our kids could get sick very easily . We wiped every single thing in the room .we asked staff to vacuumed it properly . Horrible experience.

Great place, nice people, good food especially the bread and muffins, but even though dogs are allowed it is not dog friendly. There was carpet on the floor and no set area to take your dogs to take care of business. Beautiful country and great weather.
