This place has always been our go-to hotel for the past 10 plus years. However, it is beginning to lose its charm. Normally, the lobby is decked out in seasonal decor, the breakfast included meat/protein, and you could depend on seeing the same happy faces each time you entered the lobby. I asked the GM- who has always treated us like royalty when visiting- and she said that ownership wasn’t happy with the decorations in the lobby. I’m wondering if they understand Branson at all? Those types of fun vibes keep customers returning. This place will never be a 5 star hotel, BUT it has always been the charm of the people running it that attracted us and kept us coming back. I also miss the days of the griddle breakfasts, instead of a typical Quality Inn breakfast. I would even be willing to pay more to see these things make a comeback! This is a prime location, and for many of us, it is a nostalgic stay. The rooms are clean, and we are grateful for that, but it is losing its charm. PLEASE think about these things, as we love this place so very much. We don’t want to see it continue to change for the worse.

The room we stayed in was filthy, with dirty carpets and smelly washrooms. It was not properly cleaned before our arrival.” Very bad experience, our kids could get sick very easily . We wiped every single thing in the room .we asked staff to vacuumed it properly . Horrible experience.

Great place, nice people, good food especially the bread and muffins, but even though dogs are allowed it is not dog friendly. There was carpet on the floor and no set area to take your dogs to take care of business. Beautiful country and great weather.

Warning! Bed bugs! We booked this hotel using points we saved. A couple hours after check in we found bed bugs. Because this hotel was full, we had to get our sleeping children out of their beds and drive across town in the cold rain to another hotel that was $200. When I called the next morning to request a refund of our 12,000 points they said that they weren't bed bugs, but ticks. So I'm just going to post the pictures and you can decide for yourself. But before you consider booking there, just know that they are in denial about their bed bugs (and hence NOT TREATING for bed bugs). Good luck if you still decide to stay here.

My family absolutely loves this hotel. You will not find a gem like this anywhere else in Branson. It is reasonable, clean, and has a great breakfast! Even more than this, it has fantastic folks running the place. They always take care of us and treat us like family! We stay at least twice a year for at least 7 days. This place is THE place to stay!
