"Perfect location, wonderful oasis among downtown Key West!"

Beautifully kept historic inn. Although in the heart of everything you feel like you're in a tropical oasis. Short walk to anywhere especially Duval and Mallory Square. Inn is directly across the street from the Hemmingway House and literally backs up to the Lighthouse. Breakfast was delicious with ample selections and a different main hot entree each morning. Welcoming and super friendly staff. Rooms have great storage and good size bath & shower. Rooms also have mini fridges & safes. Beds are super comfy, pillows were a bit too soft/squishy for me. Parking is challenging but staff goes out of their way to help you find reasonable parking (can run $30 to $50+ per day). There is a daily amenities fee and multiple taxes. Overall, I would highly recommend the Lighthouse Inn.

I'd really like to like this place. The room was comfortable and clean with a charming KeyWest cottage feel and the staff was pleasant. But the irritations are too many: • window unit air conditioning. it's loud and not well controlled (only on/off, high/med/low) so it's impossible to get it to hold a comfortable temperature • intensely intermittent/spotty wifi internet • the water heaters must be pretty far from our room... it took way too long for hot water to arrive at the shower • like many older properties, it has far too few outlets for the current traveler... and the (single) bedside ones are in the nightstand but won't grip the prongs of an Apple "wall wart" strongly enough to keep it from disconnecting almost immediately... there's a USB port but it's for A or B when the world mostly carries C cords Could be a lovely place with a little updating/renovation.

Lighthouse Motel is a fantastic place to stay with an excellent location, quaint clean rooms, pretty grounds, and a top notch staff. We have stayed here several times in the past and now consider the Lighthouse to be our go-to spot. Already looking forward to booking again for our next trip!

Great hotel in Old Key West. Great location and the staff is very friendly. The rooms are nice and clean. We have stayed twice and enjoyed it both times. We will definitely be back next time in Key West. It also has one of the best restaurants in Key West right across the street.

I stayed here for a solo trip and had a great time. I felt really safe and it’s a great location. Really clean place with a wonderful staff. I’m already planning a trip back and would stay here again.
