Legacy Vacation Resorts-Palm Coast offers two-bedroom suites with full kitchens and exceptional amenities such as a living room with a queen sleeper sofa, a screened-in balcony with seating, and bathrooms with bathtubs.

Guests can enjoy various on-site activities and amenities, including an outdoor pool, hot tub, nine-hole miniature golf course, tennis courts, outdoor games pavilion, and a fitness center.

Marineland Dolphin Adventure is 8.5 miles from Legacy Vacation Resorts - Palm Coast, while Hammock Dunes Golf Club is 2.5 miles away. The nearest airport is Northeast Florida Regional Airport, approximately 36.9 miles away from the resort.

Pet Policy: Dog-Friendly Suites are available upon request with a non-refundable of $35 plus taxes per night with a 5-night maximum of $175/week deposit collected upon arrival. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc. Please note that the resort will allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. All fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice and applicable taxes.

Resort Fee: The resort charges a nightly resort fee of $12.99 plus taxes ($14.55 total per night). This fee includes electric vehicle charging stations, resort-wide Wi-Fi access, cribs available upon request, full use of the business center (copy & fax), guest package pickup, and resort parking.

Rooms were clean. The furniture is dated. Curtains dirty and has holes. The ponds were in need of attention which is too bad because they are nice when cleaned up and operating. The pool was great! We wish there were paths to the pool instead of walking on the grass to the pool.

We rented the two bedroom upgraded "Premium Suite" for four nights at almost $300 a night. First, it appeared the suite was never cleaned since the last guests were there but when speaking with the manager Ally she said they were "not only cleaned but also inspected". Strange, because there was enough hair in one of the bathrooms to make a wig and urine spots on the floor and toilet. One of the toilets made a whistling sound like an air raid when flushed but we learned that if you turned on the water in the tub the whistling would stop. The sliding door leading to the deck with the broken screen did not open which is a clear fire hazard. The pillows on the beds were long past the limits of being comfortable. The water volume in the showers is very weak making it difficult to rinse off. Each bathroom had only one tiny bar of soap and the showers had liquid dispensers which I assume contained body washes/shampoos but most of them were empty. After a day of traveling we had to make a Walmart run at 10:00PM to get soap, shampoo, and coffee filters. The towels had been washed and rewashed so many times they were like shop rags. The paper goods (toilet paper and paper towels) were cheap like I had never seen before and we ended up buying more of both. The furniture was old, dilapidated, and uncomfortable, the TV's had limited content, and the grounds looked like a swamp. There were cracked tiles in both bathrooms and mold inside the showers which looked like they had not been cleaned in months if not years. The icing on the cake however, was the call I received from the Property Manager Ally after she saw the review which they solicited from me. When I told her it was not a $300 a night property she said "oh that's because there was an event and we jack up the prices". So I said "you mean you price gouge" and she said actually said "yes". This place is a dump and no one should pay more than $150 a night or rent it by the hour because that's what it really should be for.

This was the perfect location for a relaxing weekend! The staff was so friendly and helpful. The accommodations were very clean and comfortable. We enjoyed the pool area and all the on property amenities. We will definitely be back! Thank you staff for a great weekend!
