Legacy Vacation Resorts offer accommodations to fit the needs of families of all sizes: from hotel-style guest rooms and kitchenette-equipped studios to one-, two- and two-bedroom-deluxe suites with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (dogs only). Dog-Friendly Suites are available upon request with a non-refundable of $35 plus taxes per night with a 5-night maximum of $175/week deposit collected upon arrival. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc. Please note that the resort will allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. All fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice and applicable taxes.

Parking: Self-parking is available to registered resort guests. Parking is included in the resort fee.

"Not the best"

Room was update but still out dated. Broken bed, leaky shower head, bug in stove covering clock, floors dirty. Counters and fridge were very clean. It was fine for just a place to sleep but not for hanging out by pool or nature walks.

"Do you want to stay at run down resort used as a community center"

Stayed at this resort for a week. It is an actual cesspool. Car loads of locals comeing in to use the pools as well as the homeless. Fleas in the rooms. Tub was cracked and did hold water. Toilets did not flush right And curtains don't cover the windows. Completely unsafe environment. When I told the staff that people were useing the resort as a community center, they were completly aware. Stated there was nothing they can do. Save your points and your money and stay somewhere else

We had to stay here one night before our condo was ready. The room smelled like smoke, bed was uncomfortable, and it didn’t feel safe having my children there since rooms are close to the road and parking lot. It is run down and in need of an update. The online staff was helpful.

"We won’t stay here again"

This “resort” could be a nice place because it in a wonderful location! But no effort has been made to keep it up. Our condo has dilapidated lamps, furniture, bathroom ceiling fans, curtains, and bathroom cabinets. We would have moved to another place if we had a choice but it was spring break and no better resorts were available. We will not stay here again.

"Rocky start, excellent manager"

Started off very rocky. Our room was booked as a 3 bedroom room, which was actually 2 adjoining rooms. When we got there, they had us in a 1 bedroom mini-suite. Would not work for 4 people. They gave us the room we paid for, but after we got in there, we found out the attached room already had someone in it. We all had to cramp into a small room. They said there were no other rooms available, but they would try to make it right the next day. It took over 3 hours to get it straightened out and move rooms. Now the positives…. The manager Phillip was great. He understood the situation and compensated us for the inconvenience. After that was sorted out, we had a fantastic time. The pool and bar were great. Kids loved the hot tub. The room was fantastic. Bed was comfortable. Location was awesome. We truly had a blast once it all got fixed.
