Legacy Vacation Resorts offer accommodations to fit the needs of families of all sizes: from hotel-style guest rooms and kitchenette-equipped studios to one-, two- and two-bedroom-deluxe suites with spacious living areas and fully equipped kitchens.

Pet Policy: Pets are allowed (dogs only). Dog-Friendly Suites are available upon request with a non-refundable of $35 plus taxes per night with a 5-night maximum of $175/week deposit collected upon arrival. If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc. Please note that the resort will allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. All fees mentioned are subject to change without prior notice and applicable taxes.

Parking: Self-parking is available to registered resort guests. Parking is included in the resort fee.

"Set your expectations "

Set your expectations. We had a one bedroom suite. It was clean. VERY dated. Smallest tvs I've seen in years. The kitchen was functional. We cooked every day. Stack washer/dryer worked and was nice to have in the unit. Weird jetted tub shower combo. Jets didn't work. Staff was friendly & responsive to requests.

Grounds and rooms were clean. Furniture in the room was dated and worn. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Three bedroom unit for $150 minutes from Disney was a great deal. We would stay there again.

It felt like home the only bad thing was they never came and asked me if I wanted room service or anything unless I called them and I cleaned the room myself and made the bed myself and cleaned the floors and bathroom myself my whole stay.they never came and asked me if I needed anything

"Sufficient and met our needs"

We were in the Oaks as an RCI timeshare exchange. The Oaks is a the middle of the road resort. It is not a RCI Gold or Silver etc. But it is okay and met our needs in that it was pet friendly, quiet, secure, and accessible. There is a regional dog park a 10 minute drive away. There are walking, hiking, and bicycle trails a short drive away. As noted in descriptions, the Oaks is across a 4-lane road from the Spas which has a small dog park and dog walking opportunities. The Oaks is not conducive to dog walking. The fitness center in the Oaks is okay (universal gym) and has a good pool and hot tub and is more quiet than the other pools. Overall, the complex is good with the Spas being better. We will return since it is pet friendly but will use the Spas over the Oaks.

However, the beauty of the setting can be overshadowed by the condition of the property itself. Room Size and Comfort: ★★★★☆ The rooms are spacious and provide a comfortable amount of space for guests. You’ll find plenty of room to relax and unwind, making it a good choice for families or groups looking for extra space. The beds are comfortable, and the overall layout works well for a pleasant stay. Cleanliness and Maintenance: ★★☆☆☆ Unfortunately, the cleanliness of the hotel leaves much to be desired. The carpets in the rooms appear worn and are in desperate need of a deep clean or replacement. Furniture is similarly dirty and shows significant signs of wear and tear, which detracts from what could otherwise be a comfortable environment. The general maintenance of the property could be vastly improved. Grill Area: ★★☆☆☆ The grill area, a feature that could enhance the overall guest experience, is disappointingly small and poorly set up. It lacks basic amenities for an enjoyable outdoor dining experience, and the setup feels cramped and uninviting. It could definitely benefit from some attention to make it more usable and enjoyable for guests. Wi-Fi: ★☆☆☆☆ The Wi-Fi service at this hotel is well below basic standards. Connectivity is slow, inconsistent, and often unreliable, making it difficult to work or stream content. This is a major inconvenience for modern travelers who depend on a stable internet connection. It’s something that definitely needs improvement. Overall: ★★★☆☆ While the location and room size offer some positives, the overall experience is hindered by cleanliness issues, a lackluster grill area, and poor Wi-Fi. With some significant improvements in maintenance and guest amenities, this hotel could offer much more value to its guests. At present, it's hard to recommend for those looking for a hassle-free stay, especially for longer trips where comfort and convenience are key.
