If applicable, a recovery fee will be charged for excessive cleaning and/or damage caused by the dog. Damages or extra cleaning will result in a $300 charge. Damages can include but are not limited to soiled or damaged linen or flooring, chewing or scratch marks on walls, doors, or window blinds, damage to electrical cords, strong pet odors, etc. Please note that the resort will allow one (1) dog with a maximum weight of 75lbs per suite. Please notify the hotel directly prior to your arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are limited. "Bug infestation…. HORRIBLE"

This has been the worst experience I have ever had in my life. I gave this Resort a second chance and it completely disappointed me AGAIN… In May I stood in the Kissimmee resort , I requested a 1st floor because I was with Y mother who is 86 and had knee surgery. At check in they told me that they did not have any first floor so because they couldn’t honor my request they gave me complementary stay. So moving forward I use the complementary voucher for my Daughters birthday now in October. Upon arriving to the room i realized there was a leak next to the master bathroom, then I saw a roach on the wall. Amd the icing on the cake my son was sleeping in what was suppose to be the 3rd room. In the sofa bed,we found an infestation of bed bugs 🐞 my son was all bitten up and the bites got infected. They proceeded to moving me to a newer unit. Which was another dilemma In the new unit the place was full of huge ants 🐜 …… this was not the best experience I had to come home and wash everything it was a huge headache…. I feel like they put me in that old building because it was a complimentary certificate….

I booked a room but had the wrong dates in Hotels.com. Hotels.com made it very difficult to change as they have no way to call them (like they used to). Kimberly Miller at the front desk jumped in and handled the whole thing and fixed the issue. Thank you Kimberly!

The hotel was nearly renovated and looks beautiful. Great staff. Super friendly and professional. My family and I always choose Legacy for our stay. Definitely will be going back.

We stayed in the 3 bedroom suite and it was the best place we ever stayed. It's brand new and up to date, so beautiful, it's like a great condo. We were sad to leave. Pablo at the front desk was awesome, he went above and beyond what he had to do, he actually cared about us. 5 star review on Pablo!!!!

This is a timeshare property. I stayed here in a studio lockoff under the getaway program. this is where the company rents unused weeks to other timeshare owners. the unit i got needed a complete refresh. the carpet was buckled, everything was 1980's brown, the paint was chipped and dripped in spots. brown carpets thruout. i understand the 3 bedrooms have all been redone, but they need to do something with the other buildings
