Located on the white-sand shores of Brigantine Island, Legacy Vacation Resorts - Brigantine Beach puts you close to many things to do in New Jersey. This historic beachfront resort is just a 15-minute drive from the Atlantic City Boardwalk where guests can enjoy classic amusement rides, The Wheel, carnival-style games, the historic Steel Pier, and numerous dining and shopping options.

With direct beach access, you can relax and soak up the sun on the beach, or stroll along the boardwalk. Amenities include a heated indoor pool,
restaurant and bar, laundry facility, fitness center, men and women's saunas, sun decks, complimentary WiFi, a game room, and more. Guests also have access to a 24-hour business center and on-site EV charging stations.

Guest rooms feature a studio or a one-bedroom suite. Each unit comes with a kitchenette with mini refrigerator, microwave, a small stove, and coffee maker. Dog-friendly accommodations are also available, subject to fees and availability.

Pet Policy: The resort allows dogs up to 75lbs in weight. Up to two dogs per unit are allowed, per stay. A $35 per night with a 5-night maximum ($175) is charged per room. Please disclose pet stays at the time of booking. Undisclosed pets will incur a $300 fee. A pet waiver will be presented at check-in for each guest to sign, acknowledging the rules and fees. Guests must follow rules and regulations regarding pets. Please contact the hotel before the arrival date if traveling with a pet. Pet-friendly rooms are subject to fees and availability. The fee is subject to change and applicable taxes.

Resort fee: A nightly resort fee of $12.99 per room night, plus taxes, is collected upon check-in. This fee includes many services at the resorts, including on-site amenities, electric vehicle charging stations, resort-wide WiFi access, cribs available upon request, full use of the business center (copy & fax), guest package pick-up, and resort parking.

Absolutely a perfect location for beautiful views of Atlantic City, the Island, and of course, the ocean and beach! The historic hotel was wonderful, and the staff were all so welcoming and helpful. WONDERFUL, WONDERFUL! Thank you for a perfect, relaxing stay.

Sorely in need of renovation. The entry is lovely, has a 1930s vibe. Then when you go into the main tower & rooms it looks like the place hasn't been renovated or cleaned since the 1930s & takes on a tower of terror vibe. Room was unbelievably tiny, dank & just gross. Now the restaurant outside has been upgraded & is nice, bars, decent food but the rent out lounges on live music nights for $500!!! It's absolutely ridiculous. Such a shame too, because the location is fantastic, right on a beautiful stretch of beach. Will never, ever go back & do not recommend at all.

I was very disappointed this time I was there from January 31 -february 7 and I was put in ph-h that room was none suitable there was a big hole under the bathroom sink that someone try to patch up but did a horrible job it still had a hole that a mouse kept going in and out of the bedroom the ceiling was coming down due to the rain and the wall were the air conditioner is on was chipping it was all on the floor after 1 day of being there I had to complain I'm a cancer survivor and it was becoming too much for me especially at night inhaling all that they send up a maintenance guy and he even said that room should not of been rented out so I was wondering if there's any compensation that can be given I had been there once before and had a great time but this time was not a good one.

I booked a 450 sq ft room that sleeps 4 but I was given a small room with a single bed. The bed was very uncomfortable it slanted down towards the head and had 3 pillows for 2 people. Bathroom has no place to put personal items. We stayed here several times for volleyball tournaments held at Harrah's because it is close to Harrah's and less expensive. It is a no frills sort of place, not a place you feel comfortable spending much time at. The staff are friendly and helpful.
