Landmark Resort is within 2 miles of the Family Kingdom and within 3 miles of Broadway at the Beach attractions and Myrtle Beach Convention Center.

Landmark Resort guestrooms offer microwaves, refrigerators, premium channels, and furnished balconies. Other amenities include an on-site restaurant and lounge, indoor and outdoor pool facilities, Seasonal Waterpark, and a covered parking garage.

H2Oasis Waterpark is open seasonally. Waterpark hours are subject to change and weather-permitting.
Indoor Water Features: Open and heated year-round.
Outdoor Pool: Open year-round. Heated seasonally approximately October through May.
Outdoor Lazy River: Open and heated seasonally approximately March through October.
Outdoor Whirlpool: Open and heated year-round.
Outdoor Kids’ Pool: Open seasonally.
The H2Oasis Waterpark is open seasonally. The waterpark will be open for the 2024 season: March 22, 2024 – October 20, 2024.

Local Residents Policy: Landmark Resort does not accept reservations or permit occupancy by residents of Horry or Georgetown Counties of South Carolina. Reservations booked by residents of these counties will be canceled and reservation deposits will be forfeited.

All fees will be paid upon check-in.
Balance due must be paid by credit card upon check-in. The name on the credit card must match that of the reservation and valid ID.
Your credit card will be pre-authorized $250 for incidentals.

Daily housekeeping is not available. Additionally, all rooms will be made up with fresh, clean linens and towels prior to every guest check in. Exchange of towels, bed linens and other amenities will be provided upon request only during your stay for main building rooms. Please trade dirty linens in to get clean linens if required. Trash will be emptied upon request (for main building accommodations).

Young adults under the age of 21 must be accompanied by a parent or guardian.

Good stay. Beds are hard but everything else was great stay. Staff continued to keep clean and give what you needed thru your stay. Very friendly. Love the view. They made great changes in lobby area also you can see what your chose is for picking the room making the reservations.

We are locals, and rented a room for the night to celebrate my birthday. I arrived early and was told the room was not ready, that led me to believe it had to be cleaned. About an hour later I got thr call the room was ready, I picked up the keys and was ready to enjoy. The mattress was HORRIBLE, the floors DIRTY, there were snack wrappers on the floor as well. The indoor pool area could have been a night club with the loud rap playing. The on-site restaurants were all closed. The arcade was fun and was like going back to the 90s we had to use quarters:)

Our hospitality staff was excellent, Jasper Banks, Alex and the rest went above and beyond. I would recommend using there staff for any needs. They were prompt, courteous and very friendly. Helped make our group breakfast more enjoyable.

Everything was wonderful! The pools, room, and staff was great! Will definitely go back again!l we stayed in the angular 1 bedroom condo. There was 2 balconies and a nice updated kitchen as well! The slide was so much fun for my 5 year old and the inside pools are heated! Would recommend to anyone!

Pros: Water front, beautiful ocean views. Pillows are amazing. Water park amenities are enjoyable. Staff are kind, respectful and genuine. Hotel is beautiful. On site coffee, arcade, and small shop. Cons: Double beds are very small and hard, bedding is wanting. Carpets are sticky under foot, and needing repairs.
