Nice clean hotel. Big premium room. Great stay! Food was ok, but hey, included in the stay. My son used the workout room which he liked. It was quiet at night. Right in Williams. They had a cute beer/wine lounge. Would stay here again. All the staff was very friendly.

It was not good experience for our stay. Beds were hard. Pillows were very lumpy. Breakfast were so cheap. We are coming and staying here for last 4 years but since this year we had really bad experience with our stay so we are not coming back again. Check out was very stressful. I don’t think the front desk person knows what she was doing.

We were so excited for our first time trip to Williams also excited to stay at La Quinta Williams after we read reviews. Actually it was really bad experience for our 2 nights stay. Breakfast was cold no eggs for 2 days. No coffee. Bed sheets had stains, dog hair everywhere. It was expensive but we understand for busy weekend but quality for our stay and hotel is not for that price.

Very disappointment with our stay. 10 o’clock in the night there was very loud music and dancing in the lounge area. We called few times to stop them but from the desk they informed us that they have manager’s permission to play. They didn’t stop till very late and it was so frustrating that management approved to this. It was worse experience with our stay.

The worst hotel we stayed at during a recent West coast trip. Reception staff a bit clueless. Room basic and no, and I mean no soundproofing. Noisy air con. Poor location, no way to safely walk into town due to poor street lighting. Breakfast was very bad, with not enough seats. Food on offer very poor quality.
