Very satisfied. Have stayed here before. Facility is looking a little tired but very comfortable will stay here again.

"Pool closed"

Pool was closed apparently had been closed for a month. There was nothing on the websites or information telling you that the pool was closed, which was the whole reason why I booked that hotel rooms were icky. Carpet was wet and sticky bathroom had soap scum in the tub, just disappointed all the way around, breakfast was decent the hotel. Staff was wonderful no discount for the inconvenience of not having a pool had a very disappointed granddaughter.

"Not acceptable at all."

Not acceptable hotel practices. Made reservation for three nights. Cancelled third night within required time at the front desk. Front desk clerk would not enter it into the terminal and said they would do it in the office. Attempted to check out the next morning. Front desk refused to print me a receipt and said it would be emailed to me. It was not. I tried to get a receipt and called Wyndham customer service. No luck. Days later an incorrect receipt was emailed to me from a gmail account. It was incorrect. I was charged for all three nights but refunded for the first and least expensive night but not the third and most expensive night (~$50 more). Replied to the email. No answer for over a week. Re-contacted Wyndham customer service. It has been over a month now since my stay. I have been traveling for business for over 40 years. Worst ever treatment.

"Clean and comfortable!"

Very clean and comfortable room. Front desk staff was helpful and personable. This hotel is pet friendly with a $25 pet fee. Lots of grassy areas to walk your dog. Its an easy on/ off 80 and there are lots of restaurants, a Casino and amusement park within a mile. Overall a nice stay!
