"Poor management, Party hotel, very loud, not recommended for business not recommended for couples"

McKinley Neura (if that's his real name, doubt it) is a terrible manager. Me and my girlfriend drove all the way from Miami, we got to the hotel we checked in the moment we got to our hotel room it reeked of marijuana. This hotel is very loud and is definitely a party hotel. There was noise throughout the night, and overall you just see a bunch of college students and teenagers running around. More importantly, this manager is horrific. When we told him we wanted to change our room because of the marijuana smell he simply told us he can't do anything about it. He did not try to change our room or anything. His demeanor is very corporate, it's not very friendly. It's not polite and it's not courteous. The Cafe station and water station was a complete mess with no coffee. I would definitely not stay at this place again, it's overrated and expensive, more importantly, the manager simply does not care.

The La Concha Hotel took me by surprise! They were doing some upgrades to the outdoor pool deck while we were there, but the hotel was beautiful, the staff was friendly, and the rooms were amazing! Breakfast was out of this world and last but not least Gary and Jovana were the highlight of this trip! They were the absolute BEST bartenders and had great conversations with Gary. If I come back to Key West I’ll be sure to stay here again!

Garry and Harry are simply amazing! They are personable, so funny, make amazing drinks and we enjoyed hanging out with them! Had the best drinks I’ve had in a very long time. The place looked very neat and clean. Even with the whole Fantasy Fest madness, the drinks were on time, delicious, and not for a second did we feel neglected. Give these guys a raise 🤩 they totally deserve it!

"THE Best Place to stay"

Took my wife to Key West for her birthday. From the time we arrived it was the most awesome experience. The room was super clean and comfortable. The house cleaning crew made sure the room was so on point every morning It was so nice coming back to a nice clean neat room every evening. The bar staf was incredible making any drink we wished. With the 30 dollar daily credit and the free arrival rum punch and mojito tasting it was a great place to hamg out. German. Andrea.. and Jicama were on it every night. The food at the bar was top notch. The bar staff heard me telling people it was my wife’s birthday on Friday. Saturday afternoon a bottle of champagne was sent up and German prepared her an awesome decorative birthday shot. The central location on Duval makes this a great location close enough to walk to pretty much everything from bars to restaurants. This is our place when we return to Key West.

Gary and Jovana at the bar were awesome. Beautiful bar and hotel. Love the colors and architecture. May have to stay here our next trip. Really enjoyed the local history from Gary. He is very knowledgeable about the area. Lovely place for a drink.
