The Ocean View room lacked a view of the ocean, yet we were charged Ocean view until I escalated to a supervisor. The Room was excellent! ( the the worst). Food at their restaurant was very good- French Toast!!! Staff was so very nice and professional

The pool is truly a wonder. The rooms are good and I appreciated the full washer and dryer. The resort appears to be a little understaffed, but very courteous. The breakfast at the Holoholo grill is quite good, but the drink service is a bit difficult to come by.

Our favorite place to staycation on Kauai. Best pool! Also front desk staff and everyone was terrific. Nicest rooms, full kitchen. Holoholo grill was delicious. Have stayed here many times. The staff currently is really top notch! Can’t wait to stay again.

Wonderful, beautiful resort, with spacious rooms, villas (have stayed in both), great tropical pools. Beautiful sunset views. There are good shops and restaurants nearby. The resort property itself is enough for a five star review, but the staff make it extra special. Huge shoutouts to: Equipment/shave ice cabana: Dreana, Ry, Shea Pool servers: Star Jos Jordan Bar: Nikki Lamar. Always friendly, professional service,. Always a pleasure to see them.

Koloa Landing is the perfect landing for visitors to Kauai! My husband and I have stayed here twice, and we enjoy every aspect of the place. The people are friendly and helpful, the accommodations are comfortable and spacious, and the landscape is absolutely gorgeous! USA Today has recognized Koloa Landing as having the best pool in America five times. Multiple pools are available to meet the needs of guests. The Holoholo Grill serves delicious food throughout the day, My husband and I especially enjoy breakfast. You cannot go wrong with the farm fresh eggs, bacon, smashed potatoes, and toast. Oh, those delicious smashed potatoes . . . My husband and I discovered Koloa Landing last year and liked it so much and we decided to return this year. Tim Albao, the resort manager, and his team are truly hospitable, and I have no doubt that we will return again soon.
