Felt right at home here. This hotel is in a great location and has tons of dining options within walking distance. The rooms were very cozy and the staff was AMAZING-- just the friendliest people ever. We will definitely stay here in the future.

The hotel and staff were excellent. The hotel’s accommodations were well appointed and very comfortable. They are spacious for a South Beach Hotel. I was with my husband and two teenage boys. The Location was accessible to many shops, restaurants and there is complimentary transportation to the beach. It’s also walkable. Roof top pool and sundeck was a huge bonus too! Will stay again the next time we are in South Beach.

The service is what truly made this hotel experience a 5 star rating for me. They provide a complimentary shuttle service to wherever you want to go in the Miami Beach area and Denise is the driver. She is AMAZING. I really enjoyed our conversations along the way to and from the hotel. She had lots of suggestions that were great as well. Miguel was also AMAZING. He is the bellhop. He was really nice, funny, and willing to go above and beyond to make sure we had everything we needed during our trip. The front desk was nice and our room with the terrace was lovely. The rooftop pool was very relaxing as well. I am already planning to come back with my friends in a month. I almost want to keep it a secret but I want to workers to get the reviews they deserve.
