This hotel is incredibly convenient, clean, and the staff were ALL friendly. I really enjoyed my 5 days at this hotel. The showers had high water pressure and the soaps smelled very good. The beds were very comfy and the coffee in the morning was very good.

Everything about our stay at the Kimpton Hotel, Palomar, South Beach was perfect .. my husband and I just got off a cruise when we arrived at this hotel with a warm greeting from Dawela at the front desk .. We had breakfast at the Cafe .. Our room was amazing.. corner room, wrap around Balcony with table, chairs, lounge chair .. We got changed and went up to the roof, where there is an infinity, pool lounge chairs a bar, with a wonderful bartender that was friendly, Accommodating and talented .. I honestly cannot say enough good things about our experience in our stay at this hotel. Thank you for the perfect day. We will definitely be back until all of our friends to stay there.

Great stay in South Beach Palomar. I wish they had a package with breakfast included and provided at least a bottle of free water everyday. The next door Marriott does that. The best part of my stay was the free ride the hotel offered around Miami Beach area and the very friendly lady Denise who took me around Miami. She provides exceptional service to her guests in a friendly professional manner.

Kimpton Hotel Palomar South Beach An excellent hotel - highly recommended. The hotel was lovely inside and our room was spacious. It had a refrigerator and safe and its own balcony complete with chairs and table. The room was very clean and the bed was really comfortable with soft low pillows. There are USB charging points incorporated into the (American 110V) mains sockets. The air conditioning was excellent and the controls were very intuitive. The shower was brilliant - very powerful and plenty of room inside. In addition to the main bathroom mirror there was also a small make-up / shaving mirror (double-sided) which could be moved on its arm and was really convenient. There was an iron and ironing board in the room and a foldable suitcase stand, but no kettle. All the staff - reception and support - are exceptional. Nothing was too much trouble for José and Shaina at the front desk, and Shaina actually went out of her way to help us with a problem that was nothing to do with the hotel. Argene in the dining area was very pleasant - a breath of fresh air every morning 😀. Anderson and the rest of the support staff were the same - always polite, professional and eager to help. The complimentary coffee / tea and cookies available during the morning in reception were very welcome as was the glass of wine in the afternoons. The roof-top pool and bar area is beautiful and well maintained, and is a lovely area for evening relaxation. There is also a gym and a free Pilates mat in the room. The Lincoln Mall with shops and on-street restaurants is a five minute walk away. I would have no hesitation in using this hotel in the future.
