Our stay was an unexpected delight. We ended up here somewhat accidentally due to a travel delay and it was the best place possible! The hotel itself is great, centrally located, and the beds are very comfortable but the tour was the thing that stood out the most! We took a complimentary hotel shuttle to the beach and ended up getting a wonderful tour of ocean drive and other areas, which ended up being the highlight of the experience.

It's my home away from home. Argene offers exceptional service during breakfast at the restaurant; she is both welcoming and highly efficient. She is very hospitable! Aurelio at the front desk always makes my stay easy and is very accommodating. Their outstanding service makes my business trips much easier, and I will continue to return to Kimpton's Palomar for the excellent experience.

One night extension in South Beach post-cruise. This is a lovely hotel in a fun (not frenetic) Miami Beach neighborhood with a great staff. Really amazing. Offers of cool towels and fresh drinks as soon as we walked in. Aurelio and Shaina are delightfully cheery and professional - they genuinely want an A+ experience for their guests and they deliver. Room great too - modern and comfy. Great bathroom. Stay here.
