"A Clean PUP friendly Hotel but...."

Although the room was very clean and they accept pets my main concern was how SMALL the bathroom was...with a door swinging INWARD it barely cleared the toilet seat ! My husband said he was nearly in the shower to open the door! Also we had to pay for parking... there was some little QR code or something but I guess we didn't do it right to get it comped for free The beds were very comfortable, there was a small kitchen area as well as a sofa bed and flat screen TV. We did not have the breakfast as we were going to spend breakfast with family. Staff was friendly and hotel is very close to Busch Gardens

"Bad location, unlit parking, poor wifi"

Impossible to find- tucked next to a red roof and gps doesn’t identify it. Arrived to a smelly non smoking room and a parking fee for an unlit unsecure refular parking lot. WiFi- doesn’t work either. I would look elsewhere. This wasn’t worth it.

"Room for a Busch Gardens Visit"

The hotel is near Busch Gardens. Which is a plus. It’s off the street and behind a restaurant. It has a big sign so you can’t miss it. The front desk gives you a pass for parking. There’s signs for all the spaces that you must pay to park. I guess that’s an issue due to the restaurant. At any rate, at the moment I’m not sure if we had to pay to park. Just double check is what I’m saying. The lobby was clean. The front desk person gave us a room away from the elevator without much fuss. Which was super cool. The hallway on our floor seemed clean. The room was clean but could have been a little more cleaner. There was dust balls in the corners and some stuff on the wall across from the toilet. It really wasn’t a big deal. The room for sure seemed dated and used and could probably do with an update. But a lot of the hotels nearby on their reviews seem to have the same issues. This one had better reviews that we saw than the other ones had so there’s that. The breakfast was pretty decent. They had eggs, two types of sausage, potatoes, flour tortillas/salsa/shredded cheese (nice touch and kudos for going the extra mile), make your own waffles, cereals, bagels, bread etc. Overall you’ll be fine staying here. Just go in with realistic expectations for the location and price point.

"Great experience and very accommodating. Accepts pets."

Nice, clean rooms, attentive staff, close parking. Very accepting of pets. We had our two dogs with us and they were great accepting them. The bed was comfortable, fridge and freezer worked perfectly, overall room was wonderful. The only weird thing was the bathroom was small and a bit tricky closing the door when inside the bathroom. I had requested a room on the ground floor (due to our elderly dog with some mobility issues) and they got us on the first floor right inside the side entrance, which was VERY convenient and MUCH appreciated. Overall, I highly recommend this hotel.

"Not a Busch Gardens friendly hotel"

Shuttle service only runs on the hour if you sign up and get a spot. I was calling the front desk every night at 12:01am to get 5 of the 11 spots on the shuttle for 10am. If you don't get a spot for 10am you have to wait till 11am. This is a hotel that is advertised as a Busch Gardens affiliated place to stay. The staff are amazing, the breakfast is good.
