Clean; friendly; well-stocked breakfast; loved the restaurant; and nice pool deck. The hotel is close to everything and we enjoyed the nearby parks that had elaborate playgrounds that the kids, ages 4 to 10, loved. Even had carousel. Will return.

For its class, this is a great hotel, and here's why: 1. The breakfast is thoughtfully good if you're going to eat in-house. There are also several great restaurant choices close by. 2. The room is comfortable. Bed is comfortable. I almost didn't stay here because the windows don't open, but that wasn't a problem because I was out at meetings and walking this cute city as much as possible. 3. Super walkable. 4. Kassy at the front desk. I work in org culture and leadership including couples' relationships - so communication skills and vibe that gets results are my geekery. This woman got it right at every interaction throughout my stay. I would seriously come back here because of how she made me feel here. There's literally no better brand recognition today than good people and great product - any gaps I might have felt from staying in this class of hotel were made all better because she was fantastic at the front.

I really enjoyed my stay at Hyatt Place Boca. Jude at the front desk was very helpful. There was also many great places to eat nearby so once you park in the garage you can just walk to the restaurants. Yardhouse was great! I would definitely recommend this hotel if you are in the boca raton area.

Excellent customer service. Women at Front Desk were extremely helpful. Minerva was wonderful, helping us during breakfast. The hotel staff made our visit very pleasant. The room wasn't as clean as it could be. This seems to be a problem with most hotels today.
