"Hotel is in the midst of renovations"

Hotel is in the midst of remodeling. We were fortunate to be one of the first guests in one of the remodeled rooms. The room was spectacularly clean, but that is to be expected for a new remodel. Be advised that the parking garage is very small and to make matters worse, the contractors are taking up multiple spaces with their remodeling supplies. I definitely will return, even with the limited parking.

"Great Hotel in a Great Neighborhood!"

Our room had been recent renovated and was wonderful! All the staff were very accommodating and kind! Right outside the hotel was a Dog Park, which we all enjoyed watching from our room. We are planning a repeat trip with bikes along for the nearby trail. Parking was easier than expected. Overall, The stay exceeded my expectations, and I loved the neighborhood! Highly recommend!

"Expected more, wouldn't stay again"

Positives: the staff. Everyone was great and very nice. Negatives: nearly everything else. The room was much smaller than expected. The fold-out couch was awful, felt like it had no mattress at all. The HVAC in the room was deafening. The chairs in the kitchen were as uncomfortable as any I've ever sat in. The weird built-in chair next to the TV served zero purpose and was wildly uncomfortable as well. Breakfast was terrible. When we first arrived (40 mins before breakfast ended), all hot dishes were gone. Took 10 mins to refill. The hashbrown things were still frozen in the center. Eggs were unidentifiable as eggs. Even my kids who are not discerning passed on nearly everything. The main elevator was out of service, and the first-floor bathrooms were constantly closed for maintenance/cleaning. Overall, a very disappointing stay.

"Terrible Hotel don't go!!!"

Worst hotel experience I have ever had. The clerk wanted to argue with me upon checking out. There is only one elevator that works, and you need to share it with the remodeling crew. We were told that the other elevator has not worked for months. Staff was terrible.

"Elevators issues during constructions."

When we checked in, we were told that the hotel is under constructions and that one of the elevator is not working. That became an issue when there is only one other elevator for the guest, staff and construction people to use. We had to wait for ever for the elevator and when the only elevator arrived, it was full of construction stuff or hotel staff. So the wait for them to unload before the elevator gets to your floor only to be full again. This a nightmare!. We had stayed at this hotel before a few years ago and it was never like this. We found that the elevator had not been fixed in a couple of weeks!. What is going on? Not fixing an elevator for a couple of weeks, I belive is an ADA issue here.
