Reception was awesome, Roy made our stay very easy and he was super helpful same goes for bellman Benedict. Zoe lucky to have them both!! Room was good size and close to the action at the wharf. We enjoyed the s’mores at the fire pit. Will definitely be coming back to this hotel!

Elegant and sophisticated, Hotel Zoe stands out from the pack with its staff, services, and rooms! Our family of 4 found the rooms stylish and luxurious. We loved the amenities such as the s'mores kits and the fire pits. The location was ideal - close enough to walk to some major destinations and transportation, yet quiet enough to be out of the hustle and bustle of the city. Cannot recommend highly enough - can't wait to return!

Being a frequent visitor to San Francisco, I have stayed in many hotels in the city, but since I found the Hotel Zoe I keep coming back "home." It is in a quiet area convenient to public transportation. The rooms are clean and the beds are comfortable. But what really keeps me coming back is the friendly staff (shout out to Roy!) who make me feel so welcome every time I visit. I highly recommend this lovely little hotel.

Mildred was a wonderful and helpful concierge! We asked her for support and recommendations in one way or another basically every day. She was kind, insightful, and a delight to be around. The breakfast at Pescatore surpassed expectations and was also very tasty! Pillows and bed were very comfortable.

I checked out this morning and after embarking on our cruise ship and unpacking realised I had left my medication in the fridge of the room we stayed 152 . I telephoned the hotel and explained what had happened to be told that nothing had been found . This is totally untrue as the medication was in the fridge and had not been removed .
