The check-in was an easy process. We booked a corner 1 bedroom suite room. The room was very clean upon arrival and housekeeping was daily and did a great job. When we had questions at the front desk about the area it took a few times to explain before they understood but they were still very helpful and polite. The gentleman at valet was very kind (did not get his name) and would great us as we left for the day and came back. The only caveat was our room. It was very noisy outside being in the corner and the street cleaner comes every AM very early, plus there tends to be a lot of racing and noisy traffic at the intersection even late at night from midnight to 5am. The hotel is very close to transportation and the wharf. Pros: very close to fisherman’s wharf, large room if you get the corner room, and clean Cons: noisy so bring headphones if a light sleeper, may take alittle explaining for front desk to understand your question.

Visited in September 2024 This hotel is very well located, short walking distance to Fisherman’s Wharf and Pier 39. We had a very spacious suite room with the bedroom separated from a room w/ couch, tv and dining table, very clean! Our view looking at the ferries wheel at Pier 39. You have access to free water for refil. There is this small outside area with fire where you can have wine and make s’mores (they provide marshmallow and chocolate as a courtesy), which I thought was nice. The staff is very helpful. I recommend this hotel.

Spent Christmas at Hotel Zoe and it was fantastic. Our kids loved it and keep talking about how good it was. The staff was great, offering us s’more’s to roast and just generally very kind and friendly all the time. Our rooms were comfortable and the location is great.
