A nice hotel in the heart of downtown LA. The staff were very good and the food excellent. The location was central and worked for me. Note the valet parking is actually better and priced well compared to the other parking options. I would recommend Hotel Indigo if you need to stay downtown; it is also near where the Lakers play.

Cool and funky. Clean, interior. The beds in the premium room was comfy with great quality sheets. Entire staff were friendly and helpful. We enjoyed the easy walk to LA live and Crypto. Would definitely stay here again for business and pleasure.

AMAZING!!! Went on a cruise out of Long Beach and needed a last minute hotel due to flight delays back home. Booked with ease, received a welcome text asking for any requests. Upon arrival Lorenzo Taylor got us our room, ahead of schedule and upgraded me without questions. 10/10 will stay again.

Really wanted to like this place better. The location is fantastic, the room itself was stunning for the price we paid, and so was the view. However, it's the little things that matter. Check in was great, the gentleman was efficient. As I said, our suite's decor and view was beautiful. But, there were some issues. The first being the AC's intake vent gets blocked by the bathroom door. Figured that out in the morning when we realized why the room was so stuffy when we woke up and was better after we took a shower and closed the door. However, the biggest problem was the lack of cleanliness. We noticed later either some juice was spilled on the little couch or someone vomited on it, and tried and failed to fully clean it. Regardless of what the mess was, it was very dirty. So, we ate our room service breakfast by the TV where it was clean. Breakfast btw was delicious. Get the croissant sandwich. The second thing was the valet. We waited for probably 5-10 minutes for someone to come over to our car. 3 or so attendants were just standing around taking so my wife had to walk over to them. This is a luxury hotel and either of these things shouldn't happen. I feel bad giving Hotel Indigo a 3 because it's a gorgeous property with tasty food, but until they tweak a few things, I can't give it the rating it deserves.
